Tortellini cu prosciutto in sos de rosii / Prosciutto tortellini in tomato sauce


Ingrediente / ingredients:

- 500 g tortellini umplute cu prosciuto - 500 g tortellini with prosciutto
- 500 ml suc de rosii - 500 ml of tomato juice
- o lingurita oregano - A teaspoon oregano
- un catel de usturoi - A clove of garlic
- 2-3 linguri de ulei de masline - 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- sare si piper dupa gust  - Salt and pepper to taste
- parmezan - parmesan

Fierbem tortellini conform timpului indicat pe pachet.

Cook tortellini according to the time indicated on the package.


Punem uleiul de masline intr-o tigaie si adaugam usturoiul strivit.

Put olive oil in a pan and add the crushed garlic.


Adaugam sucul de rosii si lasam 5 minute la foc mic.

Add the tomato sauce and let me simmer 5 minutes.


Adaugam tortellini in suc si lasam sa mai fiarba 5 minute.

Add the tortellini in juice and let it simmer for 5 minutes.


Adaugam sare, piper si oregano.

Add salt, pepper and oregano.


Se servesc fierbinti cu parmezan ras deasupra.

Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Salata greceasca / Greek Salad


Ingrediente / ingredients:

- 2-3 rosii - 2-3 tomatoes
- un castravete - a cucumber
- un ardei  - A pepper
- o ceapa rosie  - A red onion
- masline  - olives
- 200 g branza feta  - 200 g feta cheese
- sare si oregano dupa gust - Salt and oregano to taste
- 4 linguri de ulei de masline - 4 tablespoons olive oil
- optional - o lingura de otet - Optional - a tablespoon of vinegar 

Taiem rosiile, castravetele, ardeiul si ceapa. Amestecam legumele intr-un bol, adaugam maslinele si branza. Asezonam cu sare si oregano. Inainte de servire adaugam uleiul de masline si otetul.

Slice 2 tomatoes, 1 cucumber, 1 pepper and 1 onion. Mix the slices in a salad bowl, add some olives and feta cheese. Season the salad with some salt and oregano.
Before serving, pour on top of the salad olive oil and 1 tbsp of vinegar.

Cartofi cu kaizer la cuptor / Baked potato with bacon



Ingrediente / ingredients:

- 4-5 cartofi - 4-5 potatoes
- o ceapa rosie - red onion
- 200 g kaizer - 200 g bacon
- rozmarin - rosemary
- 2 oua - 2 eggs
- 100 ml smantana pentru gatit - 100 ml cream 
- o lingurita de oregano - A teaspoon of oregano
- 100 g branza - 100 g cheese
- 3-4 felii de branza topita - 3-4 slices melted cheese
- 2 catei de usturoi - 2 cloves of garlic


Taiem cartofii cubulete, adaugam ceapa, sare, piper si rozmarin. Stropim cu putin ulei de masline si bagam la cuptor pana se patrund putin cartofii.

Cut potatoes into cubes, add onion, salt, pepper and rosemary. Sprinkle with a little olive oil and stuffing in the oven until potatoes are made.


Adaugam kaizerul taiat fasii si usturoiul zdrobit.

Add cut Kaiser n strips and  crushed garlic.


Facem un sos din oua, branza, oregano si smantana.

We make a sauce from eggs, cheese, oregano and sour cream.


Turnam sosul peste cartofi si deasupra punem felii de branza topita.

Pour the sauce over the potatoes and put slices of melted  cheese on top.


Lasam la cuptor pana se topeste branza .

We leave in oven until cheese melts.

Supa de curcan cu galuste si ienibahar / Turkey soup with dumplings and ground allspice



Ingrediente / ingredients:

- carne de curcan - Turkey meat
- morcov - carrot
- telina - celery
- pastarnac - parsnip
- patrunjel - parsley
- ceapa - onions
- 2 oua - 2 eggs
- 2 linguri de ulei - 2 tablespoons oil
- 4-5 linguri gris - 4-5 tbsp semolina
- sare si piper dupa gust  - Salt and pepper to taste
- ienibahar boabe - ground allspice grains


Punem carnea la fiert, adunam spuma formata si lasam la foc potrivit aproximativ o ora. Adaugam legumele intregi si lasam sa se fiarba bine.
Dupa ce s-au fiert legumele le scoatem si strecuram supa.
Facem galustele astfel: batem bine ouale, adaugam uleiul, sare, piper si grisul. Trebuie sa reiasa o compozitie ca o smantana groasa. Cu o lingura formam galustele si le punem in supa. Adaugam cca 6 boabe de ienibahar si morcovul strivit cu furculita.
Lasam sa fiarba la foc mic pana fierb galustele.
La final tocam patrunjel proaspat.

We boiled meat, collect the  foam  and let at low heat for about an hour. Add vegetables  and let it boil well.
After  vegetables are boiled drain the soup.
Dumplings : beat the eggs well, add oil, salt, pepper and semolina. You have to indicate a composition as a thick cream. We form dumplings with a spoon and put them in soup. Add about 6 ground allspice grains and crushed carrots with a fork.
Let it simmer at low heat.
Finally cut  parsley.

Piept de pui umplut cu branza topita / Chicken breast with melted cheese



Ingrediente / ingredients:

- un piept de pui - Chicken breast
- 4 felii de branza topita - 4 slices of melted cheese
- sare si piper dupa gust - Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 oua - 2 eggs
- 3 linguri de faina  - 3 tablespoons flour
- 3 linguri de lapte - 3 tablespoons milk
- rozmarin - rosemary
- boia de ardei - Paprika
- cartofi pentru copt -  potatoes

Taiem pieptul de pui si il batem putin ca la snitel.

Cut the chicken and beat it a bit as schnitzel.



Deasupra punem cate 2 felii de branza topita.

Put two slices of cheese over the chicken breast.


Rulam pieptul de pui .

Pack the chicken.


Dam rulourile prin faina, apoi prin ou amestecat cu lapte si iar prin faina. Incingem uleiul in tigaie si punem rulourile la prajit.

Put the rolls  in flour, then in egg and mixed with milk and finally  flour. Fry the rolls in hot oil.


Se pot servi cu orice garnitura dar eu am copt cartofi. I-am taiat in 4, i-am dat cu sare, piper, boia si rozmarin. Se coc la foc potrivit.

Serve with any garnish you like. I baked potatoes. I cut into 4, I gave with salt, pepper, paprika and rosemary. Bake at medium heat.


Am adaugat un sos de smantana cu usturoi : smantana, usturoi, marar, sare si piper.

I added a garlic cream sauce: sour cream, garlic, dill, salt and pepper.

Chocolate Oreo Cake


Am facut acest tort pentru fetita mea care a implinit 3 anisori. Am folosit biscutii oreo pentru ca sunt preferatii ei, iar crema a fost delicioasa.

I made this cake for my daughter who made 3 years old. I used Oreo biscuits because they are her favorites and cream was delicious.

Ingrediente / ingredients:

Pentru blat / For cake:
- 7 oua - 7 eggs
- 7 linguri de zahar - 7 tablespoons sugar
- 2 lingurite praf de copt - 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 5 linguri de faina - 5 tablespoons flour
- 3 linguri de cacao - 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 7 linguri de ulei - 7 tablespoons oil
- o esenta de rom - A rum

Pentru crema / Cream:
- 1 kg mascarpone - 1 kg mascarpone
- 400 ml frisca - 400 ml cream
- 32 biscuiti oreo  - 32 Oreo biscuits
- 2-3 linguri zahar pudra  - 2-3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- o esenta de vanilie - A vanilla

Decor / Decoration: 
- 4 biscuiti oreo - 4 Oreo biscuits
- mini biscuti oreo - Mini Oreo biscuits

Pentru inceput facem blatul: batem spuma albusurile cu un praf de sare si zahar. Adaugam galbenusurile si restul ingredientelor. Coacem blatul la foc mic pana trece testul scobitorii. Il lasam sa se raceasca si il taiem in 3.

Crema: amestecam frisca cu mascarpone, esenta de vanilie , zaharul pudra si biscutii oreo maruntiti.

We begin woth cake: beat the egg foam with a pinch of salt and sugar. Add egg yolks and other  ingredients. Bake the cake over low heat until toothpick pass the test. Leave it to cool and cut it in three.

Cream: Mix the cream with mascarpone, vanilla, sugar and crumbled Oreo biscuits.


Eu am insiropat putin blatul pentru ca imi nu-mi place sa fie uscat. Siropul l-am facut din apa, zahar si o esenta de vanilie, dar este optional. Am insiropat tortul si l-am umplut cu crema.

moist the cake because I do not like to be dry. I made the syrup  from water, sugar and vanilla, but is optional. I moist the cake and fill it with cream.


Se orneaza dupa preferinta.
Inainte de servire se tine cel putin 4 ore la rece.

Cheesecake cu capsuni fara coacere / No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake



Ingrediente / ingredients:

- 400 g biscuiti digestivi - 400g digestive biscuits
- 150 g unt topit - 150 g melted butter

Crema / Cream:

- 400 g crema de branza - 400 g cream cheese
- 250 g mascarpone - 250g mascarpone
- 500 ml frisca lichida - 500 ml liquid cream
- 200 g zahar pudra - 200g powdered sugar
- 100 ml apa rece - 100ml cold water
- 100 ml lapte fierbinte - 100 ml hot milk
- 20 g gelatina - 20 g gelatin
- o pastaie de vanilie - A pod of vanilla

Jeleu / Jelly:

- 300 g capsuni proaspete - 300 g fresh strawberries
- 100 ml apa - 100 ml of water
- 3 linguri zahar - 3 tablespoons sugar
- 10 g gelatina - 10 g gelatin

Decor / Decoration:

- 300 g capsuni proaspete - 300 g fresh strawberries


Pentru inceput tocam marunt biscutii si ii amestecam cu untul topit.

For starters Crumble biscuits and mix them with melted butter.


Turnam amestecul format intr-o tava cu pereti detasabili si presam bine. Punem tava la frigider pana este gata crema.

Pour mixture into a pan with removable walls and pressed well. Put the tray in the fridge until cream is ready .


Dizolvam gelatina in apa.

Dissolve gelatin in water.


Turnam amestecul in laptele cald si amestecam pana se dizolva.

Pour mixture in hot milk and stir until dissolved.


Punem in bolul de la mixer crema de branza, mascarpone, semintele de la pastaia de vanilie si zaharul pudra.

Put in bowl of mixer cream cheese, mascarpone, vanilla seeds from the pod and powdered sugar.


Mixam 2 minute si apoi adaugam in putin cate putin frisca lichida. Dupa ce s-a incorporat, adaugam gelatina tot putin cate putin.

Mix 2 minutes and then add  liquid cream. Once was incorporated, add gelatin .


Capsunile le taiem in doua si le adaugam pe peretii formei.

Cut Strawberries  in half and add them to the walls of the mold.


Turnam crema .

Pour the cream.


Facem jeleul astfel: punem capsunile pe foc cu zaharul si lasam sa fiarba 2-3 minute. Punem gelatina in apa si o lasam sa se hidrateze. Cand capsunile s-au racorit putin, le mixam formand un piure si turnam gelatina. Amestecam usor , iar amestecul format il turnam peste crema.

Jelly : put the  strawberries on fire with sugar and let simmer 2-3 minutes. Put gelatin in water and let it hydrate. When strawberries are cold, mixing them to form a puree and pour gelatin. Mix gently and pour it over the cream.


Il lasam la rece cel putin 6 ore.

Leave it to cool at least 6 hours.
