Dorada la gratar cu ciuperci la tigaie / Grilled sea bream with spring mushrooms


Un pranz delicios. Reteta de ciuperci la tigaie o gasiti  aici .

Dorada a fost facuta simplu, la gratar. Deasupra am adaugat un sos de usturoi cu iaurt: iaurt, usturoi, sare, piper si putin marar.

The sea bream was made simple, on grill. I added on top a garlic sauce with yogurt: yogurt, garlic, salt, pepper and a little dill.

Ciuperci la tigaie / Spring Mushrooms on the pan



Ingrediente / ingredients:

- 1 kg de ciuperci - 1 kg of mushrooms
- o legatura de ceapa verde -  spring onions
- o legatura de usturoi verde - spring garlic
- o legatura de marar - a bunch of dill
- un ardei kapia -  kapia pepper
- sare, piper - salt, pepper
- rozmarin - rosemary
- ulei de masline - olive oil


Calim ciupercile in ulei de masline si adaugam restul ingredientelor . Se lasa la foc mic pana se inmoaie restul ingredientelor si se servesc ca atare sau ca o garnitura la felul de carne preferat.

Heat the mushrooms in olive oil and add the rest of the ingredients. Leave to low heat until the rest of the ingredients are soaked and serve as such or with your favorite meat dish.

Midii alla marinara / Mussels marinara



Ingrediente / ingredients:

- 2 kg midii - 2 kg mussels
- 4-5 catei de usturoi - 4-5 cloves of garlic
- 5-6 linguri ulei de masline - 5-6 tablespoons olive oil
- 50 ml vin alb sec - 50 ml dry white wine
- 2 rosii coapte - 2 red tomatoes
- patrunjel - parsley

Spalam si curatam foarte bine scoicile. Tocam marunt usturoiul si il calim in uleiul de masline.

We wash and clean the mussels very well. Fry the garlic in the olive oil.


Adaugam midiile, vinul si rosiile tocate marunt. Acoperim cu un capac si lasam la foc mare cca 5 minute. Adaugam patrunjelul tocat si masa este gata.

Add the mussels, wine and tomatoes. Cover with a lid and let it stand for about 5 minutes. Add the chopped parsley and the table is ready.


Optional putem pune si ardei iute. Sunt delicioase!!!!!

Optionally, we can also put chilli peppers. They are delicious!!!!!

Salata de vinete cu mascarpone / Eggplant salad with mascarpone



Ingrediente / ingredients:

- 500 g vinete coapte - 500 g baked eggplant
- o lingura cu mascarpone - a tablespoon of mascarpone
- o lingura de maioneza - a tablespoon of mayonnaise
- o lingura de ceapa tocata marunt - a tablespoon of chopped onion
- sare si piper dupa gust - salt and pepper to taste


Punem toate ingredientele intr-un bol si amestecam.

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix.

Lavrac la cuptor cu cartofi noi si ciuperci / Baked Seabass with new potatoes and mushrooms


Ingrediente / Ingredients:

- 2 pesti Lavrac - 2 Seabass fish
- o lamaie - a lemon
- 800 g cartofi noi - 800 g new potatoes
- 500 g ciuperci - 500 g of mushrooms
- o capatana de usturoi - garlic 
- cateva fire de patrunjel - parsley
- ulei de masline - olive oil
- boia de ardei dulce - sweet paprika
- cimbru - thyme
- o lingura de unt - a spoon of butter

Pentru inceput curatam pestele de solzi, il crestam si il asezam intr-o tava cu unde am pus cateva linguri de ulei de masline.

We begin with: we clean the fish, we cut it and put it in a tray where I put a few tablespoons of olive oil.



Amestecam untul cu 2-3 catei de usturoi, putina paprika si cimbru. Ungem pestele pe toate partile si restul il bagam in interior. Punem in interior cateva felii de lamaie si patrunjel.
Cartofii ii ungem cu ulei de masline, sare, cimbru si paprika si ii punem in tava. Adaugam ciupercile peste care am pus putina sare si cimbru. Stropim totul cu zeama de lamaie.

Mix the butter with 2-3 cloves of garlic, a little paprika and thyme. We brush the fish on all sides, and the rest we put inside. Put some slices of lemon and parsley inside.

Brush the potatoes  with olive oil, salt, thyme and paprika and put them in the pan. Add the mushrooms over which I put a little salt and thyme. Sprinkle everything with lemon juice.



Bagam la cuptor pentru 30 minute la foc potrivit. Din cand in cand mai stropim pestele cu sosul care se formeaza in tava.

I cook in the oven for 30 minutes at medium fire. From time to time we sprinkle the fish with the sauce forming in the pan.



Se serveste fierbinte cu un pahar de vin alb.

Serve hot with a glass of white wine.

Paste cu pui si crema de branza / Creamy Chicken Pasta



Sunt cele mai cremoase si gustoase paste preparate pana acum. Cu un gust intens de branza, acest sos este senzational!
This pasta are the most creamy and tasty  prepared so far. With an intense flavor of cheese, this sauce is sensational!

Ingrediente / ingredients:

- un piept de pui - a chicken breast
- spaghete - Spaghetti
- 250 ml smantana  - 250 ml of sour cream
- 2 linguri de crema de branza simpla - 2 tablespoons of simple cheese cream
- 2 linguri de crema de branza cu rosii si busuioc - 2 tablespoons of cream cheese with tomatoes and basil
- parmezan - Parmesan
- 2-3 catei de usturoi - 2-3 cloves of garlic

Fierbem spaghetele conform instructiunilor de pe pachet.

In 2-3 linguri de ulei de masline calim puiul si usturoiul. Adaugam smanatana, parmezan si crema de branza.

Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.
Fry the chicken and garlic in 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil. Add sour cream, parmesan cheese and cheese cream.


Cand sosul s-a ingrosat adaugam spaghetele.

When the sauce is thickened, add the spaghetti.


Se servesc fierbinti cu extra topping de parmezan.

Serve hot with extra parmesan topping.

Spata de porc cu 5 condimente chinezesti / Chinese Five Spice Pork Chops



Aceasta reteta este ideala pentru pranzul de duminica sau cand aveti musafiri.

This recipe is ideal for Sunday lunch or when you have guests.


Ingrediente / ingredients:

- 1 kg carne de porc - 1 kg of pork
- 1 kg de cartofi - 1 kg of potatoes
- o capatana de usturoi - a garlic clove
- 3-4 frunza de salvie - 3-4 leaf of sage
- 300 ml vin alb - 300 ml of white wine
- ulei de masline - olive oil
- 500 g ciuperci  - 500 g of mushrooms
- o lingurita de 5 condimente chinezesti - a teaspoon of 5 Chinese spices
- sare - salt
- cimbru - thyme


Pentru inceput rumenim carnea in ulei de masline. O transferam intr-o tava, o frecam cu condimentele chinezesti pe ambele parti , adaugam usturoi, sare , frunzele de salvie si vinul. O lasam la marinat cel putin 12 ore sau peste noapte.

We begin with, brown the meat in olive oil. We transfer it to a tray, rub it with Chinese spices on both sides, add garlic, salt, sage leaves and wine. I let her marinate for at least 12 hours or over night.


O bagam la cuptor acoperita cu un capac sau cu folie de aluminiu. Dupa o ora adaugam cartofii intregi sau jumatati. Presaram cimbru si sare pe cartofi. Mai lasam o ora si adaugam ciupercile intregi. La fiecare ora intoarcem carnea pe partea cealalta . In ultimele 10 minute, am scos capacul si am dat drumul la grill .

Bake covered with a lid or aluminum foil. After one hour i add the potatoes. Spread thyme and salt on potatoes. Leave it for an hour and add the mushrooms. After every hour i turn the meat on the other side. In the last 10 minutes, I removed the lid and put it under the grill.


Asa am obtinut un fel de mancare delicios, cu garnitura alaturi si totul preparat intr-un singur vas.

So I got a delicious dish with garnish  and everything prepared in a single pot.
