Dam la cuptor pana se rumenesc bine.<br />

Calim ceapa si morcovul, adaugam carnea tocata si lasam la foc potrivit cca 20 min. Adaugam vinul, condimentele si pasta de tomate si lasam la foc mic cca 2 ore. Verificam mereu sa nu ramane fara sos. Daca se intampla asta, adauga cate putina apa.<br />

Fierbem pastele conform indicatiilor de pe pachet si le adaugam peste carne. Eu am folosit niste noodles luati din Grecia, de la producatori locali.<br />

O bagam la cuptor acoperita cu un capac sau cu folie de aluminiu. Dupa o ora adaugam cartofii intregi sau jumatati. Presaram cimbru si sare pe cartofi. Mai lasam o ora si adaugam ciupercile intregi. La fiecare ora intoarcem carnea pe partea cealalta . In ultimele 10 minute, am scos capacul si am dat drumul la grill .<br />

În acest moment se adaugă untul tăiat în cuburi și se amestecă repede până când se incorporeaza.<br />

Calim ceapa in uleiul de masline. Adaugam morcovul taiat cubulete, ciupercile intregi si lasam la foc mic 3-4 minute. Adaugam orezul si amestecam continuu timp de 2-3 minute. Turnam 3 sferturi din supa si lasam la foc mic. Verificam din cand in cand si mai adaugam restul supei.<br />
Dupa ce a fiert orezul, adaugam mascarpone si amestecam energic. Punem un capac si lasam 15 minute. Dupa acest timp adaugam parmezanul.<br />
