Cartofi evantai umpluti cu prosciuto si branza / Croque Monsieur Hasselback Potatoes



Ingrediente / ingredients:

 - 4 cartofi mari - 4 large potatoes
 - prosciutto   - prosciutto
 - cascaval   - cheese
 - mozzarella  - Mozzarella
 - 2 cani de sos bechamel - 2 cups of bechamel sauce

Pentru inceput feliem cartofii. Punem cartoful intre 2 linguri de lemn si il feliem dar nu pana jos.

Begin by slicing parallel lines down the length of each potato, using two wooden spoons as guides to prevent the knife splitting your tater in half.


Ii punem intr-un vas ii ungem cu ulei de masline si ii presaram cu sare. II tinem la cuptor aproximativ o ora.

Rub each one with oil and sprinkle with salt, then bake for at least one hour.



Dupa ce s-au copt, ii umplem cu cascaval si prosciutto. Pe unul l-am umplut cu branza de oi. Turnam sosul bechamel si ii mai bagam la cuptor pentru 20 de minute. Cu 10 minute inainte de a scoate tava punem mozzarella.

Lasam sa se racoreasca putin.

Briose cu bacon / Bacon Cupcakes



Ingredinente / ingredients:

- 4 oua - 4 eggs
- 200 g bacon - 200 g bacon
- 150 ml ulei - 150 ml sunflower oil
- 180 ml iaurt grecesc - 180 ml Greek yogurt
- 300 g faina - 300 g flour
- 2 lingurite de praf de copt - 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 lingurita bicarbonat de sodiu - 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 200 g cascaval - 200 g cheese
- o lingurita de pudra de usturoi - 1 tsp garlic powder
- o lingurita de pudra de ceapa - 1 tsp onion powder
- masline - olives

Aceste briose sunt foarte simplu de facut . Amestecam toate ingredientele intr-un bol. Compozitia o asezam in forme si coacem aprox 15-20 minute la foc mic sau pana devin aurii. Se pot servi ca aperitiv calde sau reci.

These cupcakes are easy to make. We were mixing all the ingredients in a bowl. Put the composition in shapes and bake for about 15-20 minutes on low heat or until golden. Serve hot or cold as an appetizer.
