Ingrediente / ingredients:
- cartofi rosii - Red potatoes
- 2 lingurite cu chimen - 2 teaspoons of cumin
- ceapa rosie - Red onion
Fierbem cartofii si ii taiem cubulete.
Intr-o tigaie punem la incins 2-3 linguri de ulei de masline si prajim chimenul.
Boil the potatoes and cut into cubes.
In a pan put 2-3 tablespoons olive oil and fry cumin.
Adaugam cartofii si ii lasam cca 5 minute sa se rumeneasca.

Ii rasturnam pe un platou si deasupra punem ceapa rosie taiata rondele , sare si piper dupa gust.
