- coaja rasa de la o lamaie - Zest of one lemon

- 100 g amidon alimentar - 100 g food starch

Pentru inceput ne ocupam de aluat: amestecam faina, untul, zaharul si praful de copt. Adaugam oul si galbenusul de ou. Compozitia obtinuta trebuie sa fie destul de sfaramicioasa. Se pune intr-o folie alimentara si se tine la frigider cel putin o ora.

Crema - se pune laptele la fiert impreuna cu coaja de lamaie. Galbenusurile se bat cu zaharul pana se albesc si apoi se adauga amidonul. Amestecul format se toarna putin cate putin, amestecand continuu peste laptele fierbinte. Se lasa la foc mic pana se ingroasa crema. La final se adauga esenta de vanilie.

Aluatul il impartim in doua. Intindem 2 foi. Punem o foaie pe fundul tavii, o intepam cu furculita si adaugam crema.

Deasupra punem cealalta foaie si bagam la cuptor pana se rumeneste frumos, aproximativ 40 minute.

Se lasa sa se raceasca si apoi se serveste.
