Crema rece cu krant de migdale / Cold cream with almond krantz
Ingrediente / ingredients:
- 500 ml lapte - 500 ml of milk
- 4 galbenusuri - 4 yolks
- 80 g zahar - 80 g sugar
- 30 g faina - 30 g flour
- o lingura de amidon - A tablespoon of starch
Pentru krant / For Krant:
- 120 g zahar - 120 g sugar
- 4 linguri apa - 4 tablespoons water
- 120 g migdale - 120 g almonds
Crema: Batem ouale cu zaharul pana isi dubleaza volumul, Adaugam faina si amidonul.
Cream: Beat eggs with sugar until doubled in volume, add flour and starch.
Fierbem laptele si il turnam in fir subtire peste oua, amestecand continuu. Punem pe foc pana se ingroasa.
Boil the milk and pour it over the egg slowly, stirring constantly. We heat until thickened.
Pentru krant: punem migdalele pe o foaie de copt si le bagam la cuptor pana se rumenesc.
For Krant: put almonds on a baking sheet and stuffing them in the oven until crisp.
Facem un caramel din apa si zahar, iar cand este gata turnam migdalele in el.
Make a caramel from water and sugar, and when is ready put almonds in it.
Turnam compozitia pe o foaie de copt si o lasam la racit.
Pour the mixture on a baking sheet and let cool.
Taiem krantul cu un cutit si punem in pahare: un rand de crema, un rand de krant.
Se serveste rece!
Cut the krant with a knife and put in glasses: a row of cream, a row of Krant.
Serve cold!

Paste cu somon in sos picant / Salmon Pasta with Spicy Tomato Sauce
Ingrediente / ingredients:
- somon - salmon
- 400 ml suc de rosii - 400 ml of tomato juice
- 2 ardei iuti - 2 chillies
- 3 - 4 catei de usturoi - 3-4 cloves garlic
- o lingurita de oregano - A teaspoon of oregano
- o ceapa rosie - A red onion
- spaghete - spaghetti
- parmezan - parmesan
Tocam marunt ceapa rosie si o tragem putin la tigaie impreuna cu cateii de usturoi.
Cut the red onion and put in to a pan with garlic cloves.
Adaugam somonul maruntit, curatat de oase in prealabil, ardeii iuti si oregano.
Add chopped salmon, boneless previously, chilies and oregano.
Adaugam sucul de rosii si lasam sa fiarba la foc mic aproximativ o ora.
Add the tomato sauce and let it simmer for about an hour.
Fierbem spaghetele si cu 2-3 minute inainte de a le lua de pe foc, le scurgem si le punem in sos. Ultimele minute se vor fierbe in sos.
Boil spaghetti and we thake off over the heat with 2-3 minutes before is cooked, drain them and put them in the sauce. Last minute boil in sauce.
Se servesc fierbinti cu parmezan.
Serve hot with Parmesan.

Somon cu rosii cherry si usturoi / Salmon with Garlic and Cherry Tomatoes
Ingrediente / ingredients:
- 5 rondele de somon sau fileuri - 5 slices of salmon fillets
- 10 - 15 rosii cherry - 10 to 15 cherry tomatoes
- 10 catei de usturoi - 10 cloves garlic
- cateva fire de marar - dill
- sare si piper dupa gust - Salt and pepper to taste
- zeama de la o lamaie - Juice of one lemon
- unt - butter
Ungem o tava cu unt, adaugam fileurile , sare si piper dupa gust, cateva cubulete de unt, zeama de lamaie, mararul, usturoiul si rosiile.
Lasam la cuptor pana se rumenesc frumos.
Brush a baking tray with butter, add the fillets, salt and pepper to taste, a few cubes of butter, lemon juice,dill, garlic and tomatoes.
Leave in the oven until nicely browned.
Servim cu garnitura preferata.
Serve with your favorite side dish.

Crochete de cartofi si branza / Potato Cheese Croquettes
Ingrediente / ingredients:
- 3-4 cartofi fierti - 3-4 boiled potatoes
- 100 g branza de oi - 100 g sheep's cheese
- 2 oua - 2 eggs
- 3 linguri de faina - 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 lingurita praf de copt - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- sare si piper dupa gust - Salt and pepper to taste
Zdrobim cartofii cu presa de piure si adaugam restul ingredientelor.
Mashed potatoes and add remaining ingredients.
Formam bilute din compozitie si le dam prin faina.
We form balls of composition and give them flour.
Le prajim in baie de ulei pana se rumenesc.
Fry them in oil until crisp.
Le scoatem pe un servet de bucatarie pentru a absorbi surplusul de ulei si se pot servi calde dar si reci. Eu le-am servit cu o salata de castraveti si ceapa rosie, stropite cu otet balsamic.
Get them out on a kitchen towel to absorb excess oil and serve. And I have served with a salad of cucumber and red onion, sprinkled with balsamic vinegar.
