Biban de mare la gratar cu ciuperci brune / Grilled sea bass with brown mushrooms


Ingrediente / ingredients:

- 2 bibani de mare - 2 sea bass
- 1 kg ciuperci brune - 1kg brown mushrooms
- o lingurita de unt - a teaspoon of butter
- cimbru - thyme
- o legatura ceapa verde - a bunch spring onions
- piper , sare, fulgi de ardei iute - pepper, salt, chilli peppers
- patrunjel verde - green parsley
- usturoi - garlic

Pestele il gatim la gratar. Ciupercile le spalam, le taiem in patru si le punem intr-o tigaie cu unt, sare, piper si cimbru.

Cook the fish on the grille. Wash the mushrooms, cut them in four and put them in a pan with butter, salt, pepper and thyme.




Dupa ce s-au inmuiat, adaugam ceapa verde, usturoiul si fulgii de ardei iute.

After they have softened, add the onions, garlic and hot pepper flakes.


Servim cu patrunjel verde.

Serve with green parsley.
