Somon la gratar cu cartofi copti in sos de smantana / Grilled salmon with baked potatoes in sour cream sauce


Ingrediente / ingredients:

- fileuri de somon - salmon fillets
- 1 kg de cartofi noi - 1 kg of new potatoes
- 400 ml smantana pentru gatit - 400 ml cooking sour cream
- 2 linguri de faina - 2 tablespoons of flour
- 200 ml apa rece - 200 ml of cold water
- o legatura de marar - dill
- 3-4 catei de usturoi - 3-4 cloves of garlic
- sare si piper dupa gust - salt and pepper to taste
- lamaie  - Lemon

Punem cartofii intr-o tava . Adaugam sare deasupra si ii invelim cu folie de aluminiu.

Put the potatoes in a tray. Add the salt over and wrap it with aluminum foil.


Ii lasam la cuptor pana se coc bine - aproximativ o ora la foc potrivit.

Let them bake in the oven until well done  - about an hour to medium heat.


Dizolvam faina in apa rece  si o punem la foc amestecand continuu. Lasam pana incepe sa fiarba. Adaugam smantana pentru gatit, cateii de usturoiu strivit , sare si piper. Lasam sa fiarba vreo 3-4 minute. Adaugam cartofii si lasam la foc mic vreo 5-6 minute. La final adaugam mararul tocat.

Dissolve the flour in cold water and stir it continuously. We leave it to boil. Add sour cream, crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Let's boil about 3-4 minutes. Add the potatoes and leave for about 5-6 minutes. Finally add the chopped dill.


Somonul il frigem pe gratar si il servim cu lamaie si cartofii copti in sos de smantana.

We make the Salmon on the grill and serve it with lemon and baked potatoes in the sour cream sauce.
