Pui la tigaie cu sos alb / Fried Chicken with white sauce



Ingrediente / ingredients:
- un piept de pui - Chicken breast
- 300 g ciuperci - 300 g mushrooms
- 100 ml smantana - 100 ml cream
- o lingura de amidon de porumb - A tablespoon of cornstarch
- sare, piper, oregano - Salt, pepper, oregano
- marar - dill

Pentru inceput calim ciupercile iar cand s-au inmuiat adaugam pieptul de pui taiat cubulete.

Dizolvam amidonul in putina apa, adaugam smantana si turnam totul in tigaie.

Dissolve cornstarch in a little water, add sour cream and pour it into the pan.



Adaugam condimentele si presaram marar la servire.

Add the spices and sprinkle dill when they serve.
