Paste cu branza dulce / Cheese Pasta



Ingrediente / ingredients:

- 250 g paste penne - 250 g penne
- 300 g branza dulce - 300 g cheese
- 2 lamai - 2 lemons
- 4 oua - 4 eggs
- 4 linguri de smantana - 4 tablespoons sour cream
- o lingura de unt - A tablespoon of butter
- 4-5 linguri de zahar - 4-5 tablespoons sugar


Fierbem pastele ''al dente'', le scurgem bine si le punem intr-o tava unsa cu unt.

Boil the pasta 'al dente', drain well and put them in a pan greased with butter.





Mixam ouale cu zaharul pana acesta se topeste. Adaugam coaja rasa de lamaie si sucul de la o singura lamaie. Adaugam branza si smantana. Mixam bine pana obtinem o crema fina.

Mix the eggs with  sugar until it melts. Add the lemon zest and lemon juice from  one lemon. Add the cheese and sour cream. Mix well to obtain a smooth cream.




Punem la cuptor pana se incheaga compozitia, aproximativ 25-30 minute.

Put in the oven about 25-30 minutes.



Se serveste calda dar si rece.

It can be served hot or cold.

Frigarui de pui / Chicken Skewers



Ingrediente / ingredients:

- 4-5 pulpe de pui dezosata - 4-5 boneless chicken thighs
- un ardei gras - A pepper
- o ceapa - an onion
- 4-5 linguri ulei de masline - 4-5 tablespoons olive oil
- pudra de usturoi, sare, piper, boia de ardei iute - Garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika


Portionam carnea si legumele.

Cut the meat and vegetables.



Amestecam uleiul de masline cu condimentele si punem carnea sa se marineze 30 de minute.

Mix olive oil with spices and put the meat to marinate for 30 minutes.



Formam frigaruile.

We form skewers.


Le punem pe gratar, eu am unul pentru aragaz si au iesit dementiale.

Tarta cu branza / Cheese Tart



Ingrediente / ingredients:

- 100 g unt - 100 g butter
- 5 oua - 5 eggs
- o lingurita rasa de sare - A teaspoon of salt
- 250 g faina - 250 g flour
- 100 g parmezan - 100 g parmesan
- 100 g branza dulce de vaci - 100 g cottage cheese
- 100 g telemea sarata - 100 g Salty cheese 
- 100 ml smantana - 100 ml cream
- optional chimen - Optional cumin

Punem intr-un castron faina, sarea, untul taiat cubulete si un ou.

Put in a bowl the flour, salt, diced butter and an egg.



Formam un aluat sfaramicios, il punem intr-o folie si il bagam la frigider aproximativ o ora.

Form a crumbly dough, put it in a wrap and stuffing it in the fridge about an hour.




Crema de branza: punem intr-un castron toata branza si o amestecam putin. Adaugam ouale , chimenul si smantana. Formam o crema fina.

Cream cheese: put in a bowl mix all the cheese and egg less. Add eggs , cumin and cream. Form a smooth cream.




Aluatul il intindem si il punem in forma. Il intepam cu o furculita si il bagam la cuptor pentru 10 minute.

The dough stretch it and put it in shape. Il pierced with a fork and stuffing it in the oven for 10 minutes.



Dupa 10 minute, turnam compozitia de branza si bagam la cuptor pana se rumeneste frumos.

Se poate pune putin cascaval ras deasupra.
Se serveste calda dar este buna si rece.

Dorada cu ciuperci la cuptor / Baked Dorada on mushrooms bed



Ingrediente / ingredients:

- 2 dorada - Two Dorada
- 500 g ciuperci - 500 g mushrooms
- 2-3 linguri capere - 2-3 tablespoons capers
- un ardei kapia - A pepper Kapia
- o rosie - one tomato
- masline - olives
- usturoi - Garlic
- sare, piper , orehano - Salt, pepper, orehano
- o lamaie - A lemon
- patrunjel - parsley

Taiem felii ciupercile si pe punem intr-o tava cu 2-3 linguri de ulei de masline.

Cut mushrooms sliced and put in a pan with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil.




Adaugam sare, piper, oregano si usturoiul. Deasupra punem pestele.

Add salt, pepper, oregano and garlic. Put the fish on top.



Taiem rosia felii si o punem peste peste. Adaugam maslinele, ardeiul si caperele.

Cut tomato slices and put it over the fish. Add the olives, peppers and capers.



Bagam la cuptor pana se rumeneste pestele.

Stuffing in the oven until golden brown fish.



Se serveste cald.

Serve hot.

Gogosi / Donuts







Ingrediente / ingredients:

- 300 g faina - 300 g flour
- 200 ml iaurt - 200 ml of yoghurt
- 2 oua - 2 eggs
- 4-5 linguri zahar - 4-5 tablespoons sugar
- 1 plic praf de copt - 1 sachet baking powder
- o lingurita de bicarbonat de sodiu - A teaspoon of baking soda
- o esenta de vanilie - A vanilla

Punem toate ingredientele intr-un castron si mixam bine pana obtinem un aluat moale.

Put All ingredients in a bowl and mixing well until we get a soft dough.




Cand uleiul s-a incins, punem cu lingurita aluat, formand gogoselele.

When the oil hot, put with the teaspoon dough, forming donuts.




Cand sunt gata le scoatem pe un servet pentru a elimina surplusul de ulei.

When the donuts are ready we  put on a towel to remove excess oil.



Optional le pudram cu zahar pudra .

Pui la tigaie cu sos alb / Fried Chicken with white sauce



Ingrediente / ingredients:
- un piept de pui - Chicken breast
- 300 g ciuperci - 300 g mushrooms
- 100 ml smantana - 100 ml cream
- o lingura de amidon de porumb - A tablespoon of cornstarch
- sare, piper, oregano - Salt, pepper, oregano
- marar - dill

Pentru inceput calim ciupercile iar cand s-au inmuiat adaugam pieptul de pui taiat cubulete.

First braised mushrooms and when softened add diced chicken.




Dizolvam amidonul in putina apa, adaugam smantana si turnam totul in tigaie.

Dissolve cornstarch in a little water, add sour cream and pour it into the pan.



Adaugam condimentele si presaram marar la servire.

Crepes Suzette



Ingrediente / ingredients:

Pentru clatite / For the crepes:

- 125g faina - 125g  flour
- 1/4 lingurita sare - 1/4 teaspoon  sea salt

- 2 oua - 2  eggs beaten
- 1 lingura de unt topit - 1 tbsp melted butter
- 300 ml lapte - 300ml milk
- coaja rasa de la 2 portocale -  grated zest of 2 oranges 

Pentru sos / For the sauce:

- 3 portocale mari pentru coaja si suc - 3 large oranges - for zest, segmenting and juice
- 50 g zahar -  50g  sugar
- 100 ml lichior de portocale - 100ml orange liqueur


Mai intai vom face clatitele. Amestecam toate ingredientele pana obtinem o compozitie asemanatoare unei smantani.

First we  make crepes. Mix all ingredients until you get a  composition similar to a cream.


Siropul il facem in felul urmator, caramelizam zaharul, adaugam lichiorul si lasam putin la foc mic.

Syrup :  caramelized sugar, add a little liqueur and let simmer.


Adaugam sucul de la cele 3 portocale, coaja rasa  si cateva felii de portocala.

Add the juice of 3 oranges, orange zest and a few slices of orange.


Impaturim clatitele si le asezam pe un platou.

Fold crepes and place them on a platter.


Turnam deasupra siropul si asezam feliile de portocala.
Se servesc atat calde cat si reci.

Pour over the syrup and place the slices of orange.
Serve cold or hot.

Salata de andive cu ton / Endive salad with tuna



Ingrediente / ingredients:

- 2 andive - 2 endive
- o cutie de ton in suc propriu - A can of tuna in its own juice
- 2 linguri maioneza - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3-4 linguri de porumb - 3-4 tablespoons corn
- un avocado - An avocado
- 2-3 ridichi - 2 - 3 radishes
- o legatura de ceapa verde - A bunch of spring onions
- sare si piper dupa gust - Salt and pepper to taste


Punem intr-un castron andivele taiate marunt, ceapa verde si ridichile taiate felii.

Put in a bowl chopped endive, radishes and sliced green onions.



Adaugam porumbul, tonul si avocado taiat felii.

Add the corn, tuna and sliced avocado.



Potrivim de sare si piper si adaugam maioneza.
Se serveste imediat!

We add salt and pepper and mayonnaise.
Serve immediately!

Prajiturele cu ciocolata / Chocolate Cookies



- 4 oua - 4 eggs
- 4 linguri de zahar - 4 tablespoons sugar
- 4 linguri de ulei - 4 tablespoons oil
- 4 linguri de faina - 4 tablespoons flour
- o lingurita praf de copt - Teaspoon baking powder
- o esenta de rom - A rum
- 2 linguri de cacao - 2 tbsp cocoa
- ciocolata  - chocolate

Batem albusurile spuma tare impreuna cu zaharul. Adaugam galbenusurile, uleiul si esenta. Amestecam usor pana se incorporeaza. Cernem faina, praful de copt si cacao. Cu o spatula incorporam si ingredientele uscate peste cele lichide. Turnam compozitia in forme.

Beat egg whites with sugar . Add the egg yolks, oil and essence. Stir gently to incorporate. Strain the flour, baking powder and cocoa. With a palette  incorporate dry ingredients. Pour the mixture into shapes.




Taiem ciocolata cubulete si punem peste compozitie.

Cut the chocolate into small pieces and put over composition.



Bagam la cuptor 15-20 de minute.

Stuffing in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Supa crema de cartofi dulci / Sweet potato cream soup



Ingrediente / ingredients:
- 2 cartofi dulci  - Two sweet potatoes
- o ceapa - an onion
- 2 morcovi - 2 carrots
- pastarnac - parsnips
- telina - celery
- 3 galbenusuri - 3 yolks
- 2 linguri de smantana - 2 tablespoons sour cream


Taiem legumele cubulete si le punem la fiert.

Cut the vegetables into cubes and put them to boil.





Pasam legumele, diluam cu supa in care au fiert in functie de consistenta dorita.

We smash the vegetables and diluted with soup depending on desired consistency.



Amestecam galbenusurile cu smantana, adaugam cate un polonic de supa ca sa aducem cat de cat la aceeasi temperatura si sa nu se branzeasca smantana, si o turnam amestecam continuu in oala. Mai lasam 2-3 minute la foc mic si supa este gata.

Mix yolks with sour cream, add one ladle of soup to bring  at the same temperature  and pour it into the pot continuously. We let simmer 2-3 minutes and the soup is ready.

Salata de pui cu andive / Endive salad with chicken




Ingrediente / ingredients:

- o andiva  - endive
- 1/2 piept de pui fiert - 1/2 boiled chicken
- o legatura de ceapa verde - A bunch of spring onions
- o rosie - one tomato
- patrunjel verde - Parsley
- 2-3 linguri de maioneza - 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- sare si piper dupa gust - Salt and pepper to taste

Taiem toate legumele si le punem intr-un castron. Adaugam si maioneza.

Cut all the vegetables and put them in a bowl. Add  mayonnaise.



Amestecam totul bine si potrivim de sare si piper.

Mix everything well and add salt and pepper.



Am servit pe felii de paine de secara facuta in casa.

I served on  homemade rye bread.

Cartofi frantuzesti / Dauphinoise potatoes



Ingrediente / ingredients:

- 6-8 cartofi fierti - 6-8 boiled potatoes
- 4 oua fierte - 4 boiled eggs 
- 3 oua crude - 3  eggs
- 200 g smantana - 200 g cream
- 100 g parmezan - 100 g parmesan
- 100 g telemea - 100 g cheese
- 8 felii de cascaval - 8 slices of cheese
- nucsoara - nutmeg
- untbutter

Cartofii ii curatam de coaja, si ii taiem felii. Intr-un vas uns cu unt punem un strat de cartofi.

Peeled the potatoes and cut them into slices. In a tray greased with butter put a layer of potatoes.




Adaugam un strat de oua fierte.

Add a layer of boiled eggs.




Adaugam un strat de cascaval.

Add a layer of melted cheese.




Continuam cu un strat de cartofi, oua, parmezan, branza rasa si cartofi. Pe cartofi putem presara nucsoara, dupa gust.
Incheiem cu un strat de cartofi peste care punem ouale batute cu smantana.

We continue with a layer of potatoes, eggs, parmesan, grated cheese and potatoes. Over  potatoes can sprinkle nutmeg to taste.
We finish with a layer of potatoes and pour  beaten eggs with sour cream.


Bagam la cuptor pana se rumnesc frumos. Desupra putem rade putin cascaval.
