Ingrediente / ingredients:
- 500 g creveti - 500 g shrimps

Curatam foarte bine crevetii si ii calim putin in ulei de masline.

Carcasele nu le aruncam, le punem la fiert cu un morcov si cu o ceapa.

Dupa ce s-au calit crevetii, ii scoatem si in uleiul ramas punem orezul. Il lasam 1-2 minute.

Strecuram supa reiesita din carcase si o turnam peste orez. Lasam sa fiarba la foc mic.
