Cartofi frantuzesti / Dauphinoise potatoes



Ingrediente / ingredients:

- 6-8 cartofi fierti - 6-8 boiled potatoes
- 4 oua fierte - 4 boiled eggs 
- 3 oua crude - 3  eggs
- 200 g smantana - 200 g cream
- 100 g parmezan - 100 g parmesan
- 100 g telemea - 100 g cheese
- 8 felii de cascaval - 8 slices of cheese
- nucsoara - nutmeg
- untbutter

Cartofii ii curatam de coaja, si ii taiem felii. Intr-un vas uns cu unt punem un strat de cartofi.

Peeled the potatoes and cut them into slices. In a tray greased with butter put a layer of potatoes.




Adaugam un strat de oua fierte.

Add a layer of boiled eggs.




Adaugam un strat de cascaval.

Add a layer of melted cheese.




Continuam cu un strat de cartofi, oua, parmezan, branza rasa si cartofi. Pe cartofi putem presara nucsoara, dupa gust.
Incheiem cu un strat de cartofi peste care punem ouale batute cu smantana.

We continue with a layer of potatoes, eggs, parmesan, grated cheese and potatoes. Over  potatoes can sprinkle nutmeg to taste.
We finish with a layer of potatoes and pour  beaten eggs with sour cream.


Bagam la cuptor pana se rumnesc frumos. Desupra putem rade putin cascaval.

Stuffing in the oven until nicely browned. Above we can put some cheese.
