Snitel vienez cu sos de branza si ciuperci / Viennese schnitzel with cheese sauce and mushrooms



Ingrediente / ingredients:

- 2 - 3 bucati de carne de vitel - 2 - 3 pieces of veal steaks
- 1 ou - 1 egg
- 2 linguri de faina - 2 tablespoons flour
- 2-3 linguri de pesmet - 2-3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- o cutie de crema de branza cu verdeata - A box of cream cheese with herbs
- 100 ml smantana pentru gatit - 100 ml cream for cooking
- 500 g ciuperci brune - 500 g brown mushrooms
- sare si piper dupa gust - Salt and pepper to taste
- unt - butter


Pregatim carnea. O feliem foarte subtire si o batem cu o folie deasupra.

Prepare the meat. Slice very thin and a beat with a foil top.




Punem pesmetul intr-o farfurie, in alta farfurie punem faina cu putina sare si piper si intr-un castron oul.

Put the breadcrumbs in a bowl, put the flour in another dish with salt and pepper and egg in a bowl.


Dam carnea prin faina, apoi prin ou si la final prin pesmet. prajim in ulei incins.

Put the meat in flour, then egg and finally bread crumbs. fry in hot oil.


Prajim la foc mic pentru a se patrunde bine carnea. Cand este aproape gata pe o parte, punem un cub de unt deasupra snitelului , iar dupa ce s-a topit, intoarcem snitelul.

Fry on low heat to penetrate the meat. When one side is almost ready, put a cube of butter over schnitzel and after they melted turn the schnitzel.


Pregatim sosul: feliem ciupercile si le tragem in tigaie in 2-3 linguri de ulei de masline.

Prepare the sauce: Slice the mushrooms and drag them into the pan in 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil.


Dupa ce s-au rumenit, adaugam smantana si crema de branza.

After they have browned, add sour cream and cream cheese.


Lasam la foc mic pana se topeste branza. Puteti pune putin oregano daca doriti dar crema de branza a fost destul de aromata si nu a mai fost nevoie de vreun condiment.
Eu am facut si o garnitura de cartofi la cuptor cu plante aromatice si i-am servit langa snitel. Deasupra snitelului am turnat sosul.

Let simmer until cheese melts. You can put a little oregano if you like but cream cheese  was quite flavorful and was no need any spice.
I also made a garnish of potatoes baked with herbs and I served beside schnitzel. I poured the sauce over schnitzel.
