Paste cu branza dulce / Cheese Pasta
Ingrediente / ingredients:
- 250 g paste penne - 250 g penne
- 300 g branza dulce - 300 g cheese
- 2 lamai - 2 lemons
- 4 oua - 4 eggs
- 4 linguri de smantana - 4 tablespoons sour cream
- o lingura de unt - A tablespoon of butter
- 4-5 linguri de zahar - 4-5 tablespoons sugar
Fierbem pastele ''al dente'', le scurgem bine si le punem intr-o tava unsa cu unt.

Mixam ouale cu zaharul pana acesta se topeste. Adaugam coaja rasa de lamaie si sucul de la o singura lamaie. Adaugam branza si smantana. Mixam bine pana obtinem o crema fina.

Frigarui de pui / Chicken Skewers
Ingrediente / ingredients:

Portionam carnea si legumele.

Tarta cu branza / Cheese Tart
Ingrediente / ingredients:

Punem intr-un castron faina, sarea, untul taiat cubulete si un ou.

Dorada cu ciuperci la cuptor / Baked Dorada on mushrooms bed
Ingrediente / ingredients:

- un ardei kapia - A pepper Kapia
- o rosie - one tomato
- masline - olives
- usturoi - Garlic
- sare, piper , orehano - Salt, pepper, orehano
- o lamaie - A lemon
- patrunjel - parsley
Taiem felii ciupercile si pe punem intr-o tava cu 2-3 linguri de ulei de masline.
Cut mushrooms sliced and put in a pan with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Adaugam sare, piper, oregano si usturoiul. Deasupra punem pestele.
Add salt, pepper, oregano and garlic. Put the fish on top.
Taiem rosia felii si o punem peste peste. Adaugam maslinele, ardeiul si caperele.

Bagam la cuptor pana se rumeneste pestele.

Gogosi / Donuts
Ingrediente / ingredients:
- 300 g faina - 300 g flour
- 200 ml iaurt - 200 ml of yoghurt
- 2 oua - 2 eggs
- 4-5 linguri zahar - 4-5 tablespoons sugar
- 1 plic praf de copt - 1 sachet baking powder
- o lingurita de bicarbonat de sodiu - A teaspoon of baking soda
- o esenta de vanilie - A vanilla
Punem toate ingredientele intr-un castron si mixam bine pana obtinem un aluat moale.

Cand uleiul s-a incins, punem cu lingurita aluat, formand gogoselele.

Cand sunt gata le scoatem pe un servet pentru a elimina surplusul de ulei.

Pui la tigaie cu sos alb / Fried Chicken with white sauce
Ingrediente / ingredients:

- o lingura de amidon de porumb - A tablespoon of cornstarch
- sare, piper, oregano - Salt, pepper, oregano
- marar - dill
Pentru inceput calim ciupercile iar cand s-au inmuiat adaugam pieptul de pui taiat cubulete.

Crepes Suzette
Ingrediente / ingredients:
Pentru clatite / For the crepes:
- 125g faina - 125g flour

- 1 lingura de unt topit - 1 tbsp melted butter
- 300 ml lapte - 300ml milk
- coaja rasa de la 2 portocale - grated zest of 2 oranges
Pentru sos / For the sauce:
- 3 portocale mari pentru coaja si suc - 3 large oranges - for zest, segmenting and juice
- 50 g zahar - 50g sugar
- 100 ml lichior de portocale - 100ml orange liqueur
Mai intai vom face clatitele. Amestecam toate ingredientele pana obtinem o compozitie asemanatoare unei smantani.
