Dorada in sare cu legume la gratar / Sea bream in salt with grilled vegetables






Ingrediente / ingredients:

- 2 dorada - Two sea bream
- 2 kg sare grunjoasa  - 2 kg coarse salt
- o lamaie  - a lemon
- 5 fire usturoi verde  - 5 wires spring garlic
- o legatura de patrunjel - A parsley
- o cescuta ulei de masline  - A cup olive oil
- sare si piper dupa gust - Salt and pepper to taste
- legume pentru gratar - gogosar, ciuperci, ceapa , vinete , rosii - Grilled vegetables - peppers, mushrooms, onions, eggplant, tomatoes
- cartofi pentru chipsuri  - Potato for chips


Intr-o tava turnam 1 kg de sare grunjoasa. Adaugam pestii si ii acoperim cu celalalt kilogram de sare. Lasam cozile si capetele neacoperite.

In a pan pour 1 kg of coarse salt. Add the fish and cover them with other kilogram of salt. Let tails and heads uncovered.


Facem legumele la gratar cat se coace pestele. Le feliem si le punem pe gratar.

Am facut si cateva chipsuri din cartofi. Am feliat cartofii foarte subtire si i-am prajit in baie de ulei.

Sosul: punem in blender patrunjelul, usturoiul, sare, piper si ulei de masline. Mixam pana ramane o crema fina.

Pestele este gata dupa cca o ora, o ora si jumatate. Spargem cu un ciocanel sarea si dezosam pestele.
