Dorada la gratar cu sos de ciuperci / Grilled sea bream with mushroom sauce
Ingrediente / ingredients:
- 2 dorada - Two sea bream
- 500 g ciuperci - 500g mushrooms
- 100 ml smantana - 100 ml cream
- o lingura de faina - A tablespoon flour
- o lingurita de unt - A teaspoon of butter
- sare si piper dupa gust - Salt and pepper to taste
- o lamaie - a lemon
Pentru inceput facem sosul: topim untul intr-o tigaie si adaugam faina. Amestecam continuu.
For the beginning we make the sauce: melt the butter in a pan and add the flour. Mix continuously.
Adaugam smantana sare si piper, si lasam la foc mic.
Add cream , salt and pepper and let simmer.
Ciupercile le punem intr-o tigaie si le frigem putin. Jumatate le bagam la blender si jumatate le pastram.
Put the mushrooms in a pan and fry them a little. Put half in a blender and a half we keep for dressing.
Ciupercile din blender le mixam pana obtinem o pasta si le adaugam in sos. Restul le punem intregi. Adaugam sucul de la jumatate de lamaie si mai lasam 1-2 minute sa fiarba.
Mih the mushrooms from blender to obtain a paste and add to sauce. The rest put them whole. Add the juice of half a lemon and let simmer 1-2 minutes.
Pestele il facem la gratar, il asezam pe un platou. Servim cu ce garnitura ne place iar deasupra turnam sos.
We make the fish on grill , place it on a platter. Serve with garnish what we like and pour over the sauce.
