Ficatei in sos de vin / Liver in wine sauce

Ingrediente:
- ficatei de pui
- vin alb
- ulei picant
- 2 foi de dafin
- usturoi

Ingredients:

- Chicken liver
- White wine
- Spicy oil
- 2 bay leaves
- Garlic

Sotam ficateii, adaugam vinul, foile de dafin si usturoiul.
Fry livers, add the wine, bay leaves and garlic.
Dupa ce a scazut sosul adaugam putin ulei picant.
Add a little  spicy oil.
Am servit cu piure.
I served with mashed potatoes.
