Tochitura dobrogeana



Ingrediente / ingredients:
- carne de porc - Pork meat
- cimbru - thyme 
- usturoi - garlic 
- 2-3 linguri pasta de tomate - 2-3 tablespoons tomato paste 
- o frunza de dafin - A bay leaf 
- sare si piper - Salt and pepper
- ulei - oil

Carnea o punem intr-o cratita, adaugam o cescuta de ulei si 2 cani de apa. Lasam la foc potrivit pana se patrunde bine carnea.


 Put the meat in a saucepan, add a cup of oil and 2 cups water. We leave on medium heat until the meat is done.


Dupa ce s-a rumenit putin carnea, adaugam frunza de dafin, usturoiul taiat marut, cimbru si pasta de tomate.

After the meat has browned slightly, add bay leaf, minced garlic, thyme and tomato paste.


Lasam la foc mic sa fiarba circa 10 minute. Daca doriti mai mult sos puteti adauga o cescuta de apa.

Let it simmer on low heat about 10 minutes. If you want more sauce, you can add a cup of water.



Se serveste fierbinte cu mamaliguta, ou prajit si branza rasa deasupra.

Serve hot with polenta, fried egg and grated cheese on top.
