Cartofi gratinati

Ingrediente:
- 500g cartofi
- 4 oua
- 100g cascaval
- 200g telemea
- 3 linguri de smantana
Cartofii se fierb in coaja, se curata si se taie felii subtiri. Amestecam 3 oua cu telemeaua rasa.

Intr-un vas uns cu unt se aseaza feliile de cartof.

Turnam un strat de amestec de branza si putin cascaval ras.



Se mai pune inca un strat de cartofi, branza si cascaval si se incheie cu un rand de cartofi peste care turnam smantana amestecata cu un ou.
Lasam la cuptor pana se rumeneste bine.
Cand este aproape gata punem cascaval ras si mai lasam pana se topeste.
Se poate servi cald dar si rece!
