Ciorba de purcel / Pork Soup



Ingrediente / ingredients:
- oase de porc - Pork bones
- carne macra de porc - meat pork
- telina - celery
- pastarnac - parsnips
- morcov - carrot
- ceapa - onions
- mazare - peas
- leustean - lovage
- pasta de tomate - Tomato paste
- taitei - noodles
- cartofi - potatoes

Fierbem oasele si carnea.

Boil the bones and meat.


Scoatem oasele, si adaugam legumele taiate cubulete.

Remove the bones, and add diced vegetables.


Dupa ce au fiert legumele, adaugam cartofii cubulete si pasta de tomate.

After boiled vegetables, add diced potatoes and tomato paste.


Lasam sa fiarba cartofii si adaugam pastele si mazarea. La final adaugam leusteanul tocat marunt.

Let it boil potatoes and add the pasta and peas. Finally add chopped lovage.


Se serveste fierbinte!

Serve hot!
