Ciorba de praz / Leek soup

Ingrediente / ingredients:
- 2 tulpini de praz- 2 stalks of leeks
- 1 ardei rosu- 1 red pepper
- 1 ardei verde- 1 green pepper
- o telina mica- A little celery
- morcov- carrot
- 4-5 rosii decojite si date pe razatoare- 4-5 tomatoes peeled and grated data
- bors- soup
- leustean- lovage
- tarhon- tarragon
- 2-3 cartofi- 2-3 potatoes
- fidea- noodles
- o ceapa - an onion

Punem intr-o oala la fiert apa, adaugam morcovii si telina, taiate cubulete.
Put in a pot to boil water, add carrots and celery, diced.

Tocam ceapa, prazul si ardeii. Ii adaugam dupa ce a fiert morcovul.

Chopped onions, leeks and peppers. I add after cooked carrots.

Adaugam  cartofii si rosiile dupa ce au fiert toate legumele. Cand cartofii sunt fierti adaugam fideaua si borsul. Lasam sa fiarba cateva minute si adaugam verdeata.

Add potatoes and tomatoes after cooking all the vegetables. When potatoes are cooked add noodles and borsch. Let it simmer for a few minutes and add lovage and tarragon.

Se serveste fierbinte cu smantana sau fara in perioadele de post.
Serve hot with cream.
