Drob din ficatei de pui / Chicken Liver Meatloaf


- 1 kg ficat de pui -  1kg chicken liver
- 1 legaturi de ceapa verde - 1 bunch green onions
- 1 legatura de usturoi verde - 1 bunch green garlic
- o ceapa alba - one white onion
- o ceapa rosie - one red onion
- marar - dill
- 100 ml lapte - 100ml milk
- 2 felii de paine - 2 slices of bread
- 7 oua - 7 eggs
- sare, piper - salt and pepper
Ficateii se pun la inabusit in 2 linguri de ulei. Se adauga ceapa alba si cea rosie, tocate marunt. Lasam pana se inmoaie ceapa.

Put the  livers to frie in 2 tablespoons oil. Add onions white and red, finely chopped. Leave until onion softens.

3 sferturi din cantitatea de ficatei o punem la blender , restu se toata marunt cu cutitul.

Peste aceasta pasta, adaugam ceapa verde si usturoiul, painea inmuiata in lapte si stoarsa bine, 3 oua, sare, piper si mararul.

Amestecam totul bine si punem jumatate din cantitate intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt. Deasupra adaugam 3 oua fierte tari.

Mix everything well and put half the amount in a tray lined with baking paper. Add boiled eggs.

Adaugam cantitatea ramasa si bagam la cuptor pentru o ora la foc mic.

Add remaining portion and stuffing in the oven for an hour on low heat.

Cand este gata, il lasam sa se raceasca in tava si apoi il scoatem si il portionam.
