Ingrediente / ingredients:
- 2-3 stiuci - 2-3 pikes
- 3 cepe mari - 3 large onions
- 3 morcovi mari - 3 large carrots
- masline - olive
- un ardei kapia - A sweet Kapia
- usturoi - garlic
- 2 foi de dafin - 2 bay leaves
- o cescuta de vin alb - A cup of white wine
- ulei de masline - Olive oil
- lamaie - lemon
- cimbru - thyme
- sare si piper - Salt and pepper
Taiem morcovul rondele, ceapa julien si ardeiul felii mai groase si le punem intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt. Adaugam maslinele, usturoiul, frunzele de dafin si le stropim cu ulei de masline.
Cut the carrot in slices, onion julien and pepper in thicker slices and put them on a tray lined with baking paper. Add olives, garlic, bay leaves and sprinkle them with olive oil.
Deasupra punem pestele peste care am pus sare, piper si cimbru. Adaugam vinul si zeama de la o jumatate de lamaie.
On top
we put the fish than I put salt, pepper and thyme. Add the wine and juice from a half a lemon.
Lasam la cuptor pana se patrunde bine pestele iar legumele se caramelizeaza usor.
We leave in the oven until the fish is well done and the vegetables are easily caramelizes.
Se serveste fierbinte cu sos de usturoi.
Serve
hot with garlic
