Omleta cu mamaliguta / Scrambled eggs with polenta

Ingrediente:
- 2 oua
- 3 linguri de mamaliga
- piper rosu
- carnati picanti
- telemea

Ingredients:

- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons polenta
- Red pepper
- Spicy sausage
- cheese

Carnatii ii taiem feliute subtiri si ii prajim impreuna cu piperul.
Cut sausage  thin slices and fry them with pepper.

Amestecam mamaliga cu ouale si branza.
Mix polenta with eggs and cheese.

Se pune acest amestec peste carnati si lasam la foc mic pana se patrunde bine.
Se serveste fierbinte.

Place this mixture over the sausage and leave to simmer until it gets better.
Serve hot.
