Gogosi cu ciocolata / Chocolate donuts


Aceste gogosi sunt un rasfat culinar. Fragede si cu multa ciocolata, sunt pe placul oricarui copil sau adult!

These donuts are a culinary delight.  Soft and with lots of chocolate, it's every child's or adult's taste!

Ingrediente / ingredients:

- 500 g faina - 500 g flour
- 20 g drojdie proaspata - 20 g of fresh yeast
- 230 ml lapte cald - 230 ml of warm milk
- 1 ou - 1 egg
- 100 g zahar - 100 g of sugar
- 100 g unt moale - 100 g soft butter
- o esenta de rom - a essence of rum
- o esenta de vanilie - a vanilla essence

Glazura / Glaze:

- o lingurita unt - a teaspoon of butter
- 300 g nutella - 300 g nutella
- decoratiuni pentru gogosi - Decorations for donuts

Punem faina intr-un bol, adaugam putin lapte cald si drojdia. Lasam 10 minute sa se umfle.

Put the flour in a bowl, add some warm milk and yeast. We spent 10 minutes swelling.



Adaugam tot laptele, oul, esentele si untul.

Add all the milk, egg, essence and butter.



Framantam pana obtinem un aluat care nu se lipseste pe maini. Daca este necesar, mai adaugam faina.

  • Knead to obtain a dough that does not stick to hands. If necessary, add the flour.


Lasam la dospit o ora la loc cald.

We leave to rise for an hour in a warm place.


Intindem o foaie groasa de aprox 5- 6 cm si decupam gogosile cu un pahar.

Stretch a sheet of about 5 to 6 cm thick and cut donuts with a glass.


Le punem intr-o tava si le lasam la dospit aprox 15-20 minute.
Le coacem la foc potrivit pana se rumenesc - 20 minute.

Put them in a tray and leave them for about 15-20 minutes.
Bake  them at medium heat until crisp - 20 minutes.


Dupa ce s-au racit putin facem glazura. Topim untul , adaugam ciocolata si inmuiem 1-2 ori gogosile.

After they have cooled a little, we make the glaze. Melt butter, add chocolate and soaked them 1-2 times.


Adaugam decoratiunile si le putem servi. Aceste gogosi se pot praji si in ulei incins, dar sunt mai ''sanatoase'' la cuptor.

We add the decorations and we can serve them. These donuts can also be cooked in hot oil, but they are more 'healthy' in the oven.

Gogosi cu iaurt / Yogurt donuts




Ingrediente / ingredients:

- 300 g iaurt - 300 g of yogurt
- 200 g  faina - 200 g flour
- 2 oua - 2 eggs
- o lingurita de praf de copt - a teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 lingurite de zahar - 2 teaspoons of sugar
- o esenta de vanilie - a vanilla essence
- zahar pudra pentru ornat - powdered sugar for garnish



Punem intr-un castron iaurtul, ouale, esenta, zaharul si praful de copt.

We put in a bowl yogurt, eggs, essence, sugar and baking powder.


Mixam bine si adaugam faina.

Mix well and add flour.


Cu o lingura pentru inghetata turnam aluat intr-o tigaie cu ulei incins.

With a ice cream spoon  , pour dough into a hot oil pan.


Aceste gogosele se intorc singure in tigaie. Le lasam cateva minute, pana se rumenesc frumos.

These donuts come back alone in the pan. We leave them for a few minutes until they get golden brown.


Le pudram cu zahar pudra si le servim. Sunt pufoase in interior si foarte aromate.

We powdered with powdered sugar and we serve them. They are fluffy inside and very flavorful.

Paine cu banane / Banana Bread


Ingrediente / ingredients:

- 500 g faina - 500 g flour
- 4 banane - 4 bananas
- un pliculet de drojdie - one sachet of yeast
- 150 g unt - 150 g  butter
- 150 g zahar - 150 g sugar
- 150 ml lapte - 150 ml of milk
- 2 oua - 2 eggs


Intr-o cratita punem 50 g zahar la topit. Adaugam 75 g unt si lasam sa se formeze un sos caramel. Acest sos il turnam in tava pe care o bagam la cuptor. Peste sos punem feliute de banana (cca 2 banane).
Dizolvam drojdia in putin lapte cald si o amestecam cu 2 banane pasate. Adaugam  restul de ingrediente. Amestecam pana obtinem un aluat omogen. Turnam aluatul in tava ( eu am folosit o tava rotunda) si bagam la cuptor aprox 45 minute.

In a saucepan put 50g sugar to melt. Add 75g butter and let it form a caramel sauce. This sauce  pour in the pan . Put slices of banana (about 2 bananas) over the sauce  .
Dissolve the yeast in a little warm milk and mix with 2 mashed bananas . Add remaining ingredients. Mix to obtain a dough. Pour dought into pan (I used a round tray) and stuffing in the oven about 45 minutes.

Gogosi / Donuts







Ingrediente / ingredients:

- 300 g faina - 300 g flour
- 200 ml iaurt - 200 ml of yoghurt
- 2 oua - 2 eggs
- 4-5 linguri zahar - 4-5 tablespoons sugar
- 1 plic praf de copt - 1 sachet baking powder
- o lingurita de bicarbonat de sodiu - A teaspoon of baking soda
- o esenta de vanilie - A vanilla

Punem toate ingredientele intr-un castron si mixam bine pana obtinem un aluat moale.

Put All ingredients in a bowl and mixing well until we get a soft dough.




Cand uleiul s-a incins, punem cu lingurita aluat, formand gogoselele.

When the oil hot, put with the teaspoon dough, forming donuts.




Cand sunt gata le scoatem pe un servet pentru a elimina surplusul de ulei.

When the donuts are ready we  put on a towel to remove excess oil.



Optional le pudram cu zahar pudra .

Optional we dusted with powdered sugar.

Mucenici



Ingrediente / ingredients:

- 1 kg faina - 1 kg flour
- 200 g zahar - 200 g sugar
- 3 oua - 3 eggs
- 50 g drojdie - 50 g yeast
- 450 ml lapte - 450 ml of milk
- 50 ml ulei - 50 ml of oil
- coaja rasa de la o lamaie - Zest of one lemon
- 2 esente de vanilie - 2 vanilla


Pentru sirop / For syrup:

- 500 ml apa - 500 ml of water
- 250 g zahar - 250 g sugar
- coaja de la 2 portocale - Zest of 2 oranges
- o esenta de vanilie - A vanilla

Pentru decor / For decoration:

- 250 g miere - 250 g of honey
- 250 g miez de nuca - 250 g walnuts

Pentru inceput formam un amestec (maiaua) din drojdie, 2-3 linguri de lapte, o lingura de zahar si 2 linguri de faina. Lasam sa-si dubleze  volumul si adaugam in castronul unde formam aluatul. In castron punem faina, zaharul, ouale, esenta de vanilie si coaja rasa de lamaie.

First form a mixture (leaven) of yeast, 2-3 tablespoons of milk, a tablespoon of sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour. We leave to double the volume and add to the bowl where we form a dough.In bowl put the flour, sugar, eggs, vanilla and lemon zest.


Turnam laptele caldut pana se incorporeaza tot. La final adaugam uleiul si framantam cca 10-15 minute. Lasam la dospit.

Pour warm milk until everything is incorporated. Finally, add oil and mix for about 10-15 minutes. We leave to double the volume.



Formam mucenicii si ii mai lasam cca 10 minute la crescut in tava.

We form eights and  let it 10 minutes more in the tray.


Ii ungem cu un amestec din ou si lapte si ii bagam la cuptor pana se rumenesc frumos.

Brush them with egg and milk mixture and stuffing them in the oven until nicely browned.


Au iesit foarte pufosi la interior.

They came out very fluffy on the inside.



Siropul: punem apa, zaharul, coaja de portocala si esenta de vanilie la fiert. O lasam sa se racoreasca si turnam cate 2-3 linguri pe fiecare mucenic dupa ce s-au racit in prealabil.

Syrup: put water, sugar, orange peel and vanilla to  boil. Let it cool and pour 2-3 tablespoons per eight after they have cooled in advance.


Lasam vreo 5 minute sa absoarba tot siropul si adaugam miere si nuca macinata.

We leave about 5 minutes to absorb all the syrup and add honey and ground nuts.

Paine de casa / Homemade bread


Ingrediente / ingredients:

- 500 g faina - 500 g flour 
- 300 ml lapte - 300 ml of milk 
- 50 ml ulei de masline - 50 ml of olive oil 
- o lingurita de zahar - A teaspoon of sugar 
- o lingurita de sare - A teaspoon of salt 
- 7 gr drojdie uscata - 7 g dry yeast 
- un galbenus - Yolk 
- 2 linguri de lapte - 2 tablespoons of milk
- mac, susan, ce va place - Poppy seeds, sesame

Punem intr-un castron faina, drojdia, zaharul, sarea, uleiul si laptele caldut. Amestecam bine pana obtinem un aluat nelipicios. Il lasam la dospit pana isi dubleaza volumul.

Put in a bowl the flour, yeast, sugar, salt, oil and warm milk. Mix well until the dough is not sticky. Leave it to rise until is doubled in volume.


Dupa ce a crescut, ii dam forma dorita si il punem in tavi unse cu ulei. Deasupra il ungem cu galbenus amestecat cu lapte.

After growing up, I give it the desired shape and put in greased pans. Brush it over with yolk mixed with milk.


Deasupra adaugam semintele care va plac.

On top add seeds you like.


Bagam aluatul la cuptor pana trece testul scobitorii.

Put the dough in the oven until toothpick test passes.

Ciabatta


Am gasit la Lidl acest amestec de faina, maia si drojdie pentru paine. Este delicioasa.

I  found on Lidl this mixture of flour, maya and yeast bread. It is delicious.

Ingrediente / ingredients:

- 500 g amestec de faina - 500 g of flour mixture 
- 360 ml apa - 360 ml of water 
- o lingurita de ulei de masline - A teaspoon of olive oil

Punem intr-un castron toate ingredientele.

Put all ingredients in a bowl.

Amestecam pana se obtine un aluat lipicios.

Mix until the dough is sticky.


Lasam sa creasca 30 de minute, apoi o punem intr-o forma, o presaram cu putina faina si o mai lasam 45 de minute sa creasca. Eu am pus si putin mac deasupra.

Let rise 30 minutes, then put it in a form, sprinkle with a little flour and  leave for 45 minutes to rise.


O lasam la cuptor cca 30 de minute la foc mic. O scoatem pe un gratar si o lasam sa se raceasca .

Leave in the oven for about 30 minutes on low heat. Get on a rack and let cool.

Cozonac cu nuca si cacao / Panettone with nuts and cocoa


Ingrediente pentru aluat / ingredients for the dough:
- 1 kg faina pentru cozonaci - 1 kg flour
- 50 gr drojdie proaspata  - 50 gr fresh yeast
-  300 gr zahar - 300 g sugar
-  4 pliculete zahar vanilat - 4 sachets vanilla sugar
- 500 ml lapte 3,5 % grasime - 500 ml milk 3.5% fat
- 100 gr ulei - 100 gr oil
- 100 gr unt moale - 100 gr soft butter
- 5 galbenusuri - 5 egg yolks
- 1 lingurita rasa de sare - 1 teaspoon salt
- coaja rasa de la o  portocala si o lamaie - Zest of an orange and a lemon

Pentru umpluturaFor the filling:
- 400 gr miez nuca - 400 grams of walnut kernels
- 5 albusuri - 5 egg whites
- 5 linguri zahar - 5 tablespoons sugar
- 3 linguri cacao - 3 tablespoons cocoa

Incalzim laptele impreuna cu zaharul tos si cel vanilat. Luam cateva linguri de lapte si dizolvam drojdia. Atentie - laptele sa nu fie fierbinte. Turnam drojdia peste faina, o acoperim cu o lingura de faina si o lasam la loc cald pana crapa.

Heating milk with powdered sugar and the vanilla. Take a few tablespoons of milk and dissolved yeast. Warning - the milk must not be hot. Pour yeast over flour, cover it with a tablespoon of flour and leave in a warm place to crack.



Frecam galbenusurile cu sarea, coaja de portocala si coaja de lamaie.

Rub the yolks with salt, orange zest and lemon zest.


Turnam galbenusurile peste faina impreuna cu restul de lapte. Cu o lingura de lemn incepem sa amestecam pana se omogenizeaza bine.

Pour over flour yolks with remaining milk. With a wooden spoon begin to mix until smooth  well.



Untul se topeste si se amesteca cu uleiul. Se inmoaie mainile in compozitia de grasime si incepem sa framantam aluatul. Framantatul trebuie sa dureze cel putin jumatate de ora. 

Melt the butter and mix with oil. Soak hands in the composition of fat and start knead the dough. Kneading should last at least half an hour.


Il lasam la dospit o ora si jumatate.

 Leave it to rise for an hour and a half.


Umplutura: batem albusurile spuma tare, adaugam nuca macinata, cacao si zaharul. 

Filling: beat egg whites hard, add ground nuts, cocoa and sugar.


Aluatul il impartim in 4 parti egale. Fiecare parte o intindem cu mana unsa cu ulei. Intindem deasupra aluatului crema de nuci.

We divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Each part of a stretch to hand oiled. Stretching over dough the nut cream.


Rulam fiecare parte, apoi se iau cate 2 rulouri si se rasucesc intre ele. Le punem intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt.

We roll each side, then take each two rolls and twist together. Put them on a tray lined with baking paper.



Ii lasam la loc cald pana isi dubleaza volumul, apoi ii bagam la cuptor 45-50 minute sau pana trec testul scobitorii. Primele 20 de minute nu se deschide usa cuptorului pentru ca aluatul nu va mai creste.

We let in a warm place until doubled in volume, then we put in the oven 45-50 minutes or until toothpick test passes. The first 20 minutes, do not open the oven door so that the dough will not rise.


Cand sunt aproape gata ii ungem cu galbenus de ou si presaram zahar deasupra.

When you are almost ready brush them with egg yolk and sprinkle sugar on top.

Pasca



 Ingrediente/ingredients:
- 10 oua - 10 eggs
- 6 linguri de faina - 6 tablespoons flour
- 10 linguri de zahar - 10 tablespoons sugar
- zahar vanilat - vanilla sugar
- 3 linguri de ulei - 3 tablespoons oil
- un praf de copt - eu am folosit unul cu aroma de sofran - Baking powder - I used one flavored with saffron
- esenta de vanilie - Vanilla
- coaja rasa de la o portocala - Zest of one orange
- coaja rasa de la o lamaie - Zest of one lemon
- 100g nuca de cocos - eu am folosit nuca de cocos mozaic, din cauza asta a iesit si colorata umplutura
- 100g coconut - I used coconut mosaic, the filling came colored
- 500g branza dulce - 500g cheese
- 3 linguri de apa rece - 3 tablespoons cold water



Facem un pandispan din 6 oua, 6 linguri de zahar, 6 de faina, esenta de vanilie, 3 linguri de ulei si praf de copt.Il punem la copt intr-o forma de tort cu peretii detasabili.

Make a sponge of 6 eggs, 6 tablespoons sugar, 6 tablespoons flour, vanilla, 3 tablespoons oil and baking powder.Bake it in a form with removable walls.



Batem 4 oua cu zaharul vanilat si 4 linguri de zahar tos. Adaugam coaja rasa de portocala si lamaie, vanilia , branza si nuca de cocos. Amestecam totul bine.

Beat 4 eggs with vanilla sugar and 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar. Add orange and lemon zest, vanilla, cheese and coconut. Mix everything well.


Dupa 15 minute la foc mic, scoatem pandispanul si adaugam in centru compozitia de branza,chiar daca nu s-a copt.

After 15 minutes on low heat, remove the sponge and add the cheese mixture in the center, even if it's not baked.


Mai lasam la cuptor pana se coace bine.

We leave in the oven to bake well.


Lasam sa se raceasca si apoi scoatem pasca. Este delicioasa si atractiva pentru ca are un aluat de prajitura si nu cel traditional de pasca.

Let it cool and then remove the cake. It is delicious and attractive because it has a cake dough and not the traditional one.
