Spata de porc cu 5 condimente chinezesti / Chinese Five Spice Pork Chops
Aceasta reteta este ideala pentru pranzul de duminica sau cand aveti musafiri.
This recipe is ideal for Sunday lunch or when you have guests.
Ingrediente / ingredients:
- 1 kg carne de porc - 1 kg of pork
- 1 kg de cartofi - 1 kg of potatoes
- o capatana de usturoi - a garlic clove
- 3-4 frunza de salvie - 3-4 leaf of sage
- 300 ml vin alb - 300 ml of white wine
- ulei de masline - olive oil
- 500 g ciuperci - 500 g of mushrooms
- o lingurita de 5 condimente chinezesti - a teaspoon of 5 Chinese spices
- sare - salt
- cimbru - thyme
Pentru inceput rumenim carnea in ulei de masline. O transferam intr-o tava, o frecam cu condimentele chinezesti pe ambele parti , adaugam usturoi, sare , frunzele de salvie si vinul. O lasam la marinat cel putin 12 ore sau peste noapte.
We begin with, brown the meat in olive oil. We transfer it to a tray, rub it with Chinese spices on both sides, add garlic, salt, sage leaves and wine. I let her marinate for at least 12 hours or over night.
O bagam la cuptor acoperita cu un capac sau cu folie de aluminiu. Dupa o ora adaugam cartofii intregi sau jumatati. Presaram cimbru si sare pe cartofi. Mai lasam o ora si adaugam ciupercile intregi. La fiecare ora intoarcem carnea pe partea cealalta . In ultimele 10 minute, am scos capacul si am dat drumul la grill .
Bake covered with a lid or aluminum foil. After one hour i add the potatoes. Spread thyme and salt on potatoes. Leave it for an hour and add the mushrooms. After every hour i turn the meat on the other side. In the last 10 minutes, I removed the lid and put it under the grill.
Asa am obtinut un fel de mancare delicios, cu garnitura alaturi si totul preparat intr-un singur vas.
So I got a delicious dish with garnish and everything prepared in a single pot.

Cotlet de porc cu salvie si cidru de mere / Pork Chops with sage and Apple Cider Glaze
Ingrediente / ingredients:
- 2 kg carne de porc - 2 kg of pork
- 1 l de cidru de mere sec - 1 l of dry apple cider
- 500 g ciuperci de padure - 500 g of forest mushrooms
- o capatana de usturoi - a garlic clove
- salvie - sage
- unt - butter
- ulei de masline - olive oil
- sare si piper dupa gust - salt and pepper to taste
Pentru inceput topim o lingurita de unt cu 2-3 linguri de ulei de masline si 2-3 frunze de salvie.
We melt a teaspoon of butter with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil and 2-3 leaves of sage.
Adaugam carnea si o lasam pe fiecare parte pana se rumeneste putin.

Dupa ce am terminat carnea, in sosul ramas adaugam ciupercile, usturoiul, sare si piper dupa gust. Le lasam 3-4 minute.

Turnam ciupercile peste carne, iar deasupra punem cidru.

Cotlet de porc in sos de vin si smantana / Pork chop in wine sauce and cream
Ingrediente / ingredients:
- cotlet de porc - pork chop
- 200 ml vin alb - 200ml white wine
- 200 ml smantana pentru gatit - 200 ml cream for cooking
- 300 g ciuperci champignon - 300 g mushrooms
- 4 linguri parmezan ras - 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- o capatana de usturoi - A garlic
- sare si piper dupa gust - Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 lingurite de unt - 2 tablespoons butter
Intr-o tigaie punem untul si inabusim cotletele de porc .
In a pan put butter and braise pork chops.
Mutam carnea intr-o tava iar in sosul ramas punem usturoiul, sare si piper dupa gust si vinul. Lasam sa fiarba 2-3 minute.
Move the meat in a pan and put garlic in remaining sauce, salt, pepper and wine. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Turnam sosul format peste carne si punem la cuptor pentru 25-30 minute la foc mic.

Separat sotam ciupercile intr-o lingurita de unt.

Turnam smantana si parmezanul si lasam sa fiarba sosul 3-4 minute.

Carnea este gata cand scade tot sosul din tava.

Se serveste fierbinte cu garnitura preferata, eu am facut cartofi aurii si am trunam sosul de smantana peste carne.

Fasole cu ciolan afumat / Kydney beans with smoked pork legs
Ingrediente / ingredients:
- un ciolan afumat - smoked pork legs
- 700 g fasole boabe - 700 g beans
- 2-3 foi de dafin - 2-3 bay leaves
- 2-3 cepe - 2-3 onions
- marar - dill
- cimbru - thyme
- 2 morcovi - 2 carrots
- pasta de tomate - tomato paste
Fierbem fasolea, o scurgem de 2 ori si in ultima apa adaugam ciolanul afumat taiat in bucati mai mici, 2-3 foi de dafin si cimbru.
Boil the beans, drain 2 times and in the last water add smoked pork legs cut into pieces ,2-3 bay leaves and thyme.
Calim ceapa in 3-4 linguri de ulei.
Fry onions in 3-4 tablespoons of oil.
Adaugam morcovul .
Add carrot.
Turnam totul peste fasole, adaugam sare si piper dupa gust si pasta de tomate. Lasam sa fiarba pana scade sosul.

Se serveste cu salata de ardei copti sau oricare alta salata preferata.

Ceafa de porc la tava cu cartofi copti si sos de ardei / Oven baked pork chops with potatoes and pepper sauce
Ingrediente / ingredients:
- 1 kg ceafa de porc - 1 kg pork chops
- 1 kg cartofi mai micuti - 1 kg potatoes little ones
- 3-4 catei de usturoi - 3-4 cloves garlic
- 2 ardei kapia - 2 peppers Kapia
- 100 ml smantana pentru gatit - 100 ml cream for cooking

Intr-o tigaie incinsa punem cubul de unt cu 2 linguri de ulei de masline.

Intr-o tava pentru cuptor, pregatim un pat de condimente: usturoi, cimbru, salvie, fulgi de ardei iute si 2-3 linguri de ulei de masline.
In a baking pan, prepare a bed of spices: garlic, thyme, sage, chilli flakes and 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Asezam carnea, ceapa roie, cartofii si ardeiul. Turnam o cescuta de vin alb si o cescuta de apa.

Lasam la cuptor pana sunt gata cartofii si carnea este frageda. Adunam sosul format, si legumele, mai putin cartofii. Le punem intr-un blender, adaugam smantana si formam un sos fin.

Servim carnea si cartofii cu sosul fin, putin picant si foarte cremos.

Cartofi cu kaizer la cuptor / Baked potato with bacon
Ingrediente / ingredients:
- 4-5 cartofi - 4-5 potatoes
- o ceapa rosie - red onion
- 200 g kaizer - 200 g bacon
- rozmarin - rosemary
- 2 oua - 2 eggs
- 100 ml smantana pentru gatit - 100 ml cream
- o lingurita de oregano - A teaspoon of oregano
- 100 g branza - 100 g cheese
- 3-4 felii de branza topita - 3-4 slices melted cheese
- 2 catei de usturoi - 2 cloves of garlic
Taiem cartofii cubulete, adaugam ceapa, sare, piper si rozmarin. Stropim cu putin ulei de masline si bagam la cuptor pana se patrund putin cartofii.
Cut potatoes into cubes, add onion, salt, pepper and rosemary. Sprinkle with a little olive oil and stuffing in the oven until potatoes are made.
Adaugam kaizerul taiat fasii si usturoiul zdrobit.

Friptura de porc in sos de bere cu cartofi copti / Pork steak in beer sauce with baked potatoes
Ingrediente / ingredients:
- 1 kg de carne de porc - 1 kg of pork meat
- 500 ml bere - 500 ml beer
- salvie - salvia
- cimbru - thyme
- sare si piper - salt and pepper
- 10 catei de usturoi - 10 garlic cloves
- ulei de masline - olive oil
- cartofi noi - new potatoes
- rozmarin - rosemary
Taiem carnea de porc in bucati potrivite. O stropim cu ulei de masline, adaugam sare, piper, salvie , cimbru si cateii de usturoi zdrobiti. Turnam deasupra berea.

Bagam la cuptor pana se rumeste carnea si sosul scade.

Cotlet de porc la tigaie in sos de smantana / Fried pork chops in cream sauce
Ingrediente / ingredients:
- 7 felii de cotlet - 7 slices of steak
- 200 ml smantana pentru gatit - 200 ml cooking cream
- 50 g parmezan - 50 g parmesan
- o lingurita de salvie uscata - A teaspoon of dried sage
- o lingurita de piper roz - A teaspoon of pink pepper
- o cutie de ciuperci - A box of mushrooms
- o lingurita de usturoi granulat - A teaspoon granulated garlic
- o lingurita de ceapa granulata - A teaspoon of granulated onion
- o lingura de unt - A tablespoon of butter
Topim untul intr-o tigaie si punem feliile de cotlet la prajit.
Melt the butter in a pan and put chop slices to fry.
Dupa ce s-au prajit le scoatem si in sosul format punem ciupercile, usturoiul, ceapa si salvia. Le rumenim 2-3 minute.

Adauga, smantana si parmezanul.
Add sour cream and Parmesan cheese.
Dupa 3 minute adaugam carnea si mai lasam 3-4 minute.
After 3 minutes add the meat and leave 3-4 minutes to boil tha sauce.
Se serveste fierbinte.

Cotlet de porc la tava / Baked pork chop
Ingrediente / ingredients:
- 500 g cotlet de porc - 500 g pork chops
- un ardei capia - A red pepper
- 100 g sunculita afumata - 100g smoked bacon
- o ceapa rosie - A red onion
- usturoi - Garlic
- un pahar de vin alb - A glass of white wine
- o lingurita de salvie uscata - A teaspoon of dried sage
- boia de ardei iute - dupa gust - Paprika - to taste
- cimbru - thyme
Taiem carnea felii. O punem la marinat cu usturoi, vin, ulei de masline si cimbru. Trebuie sa stea la marinat cel putin 2 ore.
Cut the meat into slices. Marinated with garlic , wine, olive oil and thyme. It should stay to marinate at least 2 hours.
O asezam intr-o tava, adaugam ardeiul si sunculita, eu am puso sub carne. Pe fiecare felie de carne punem si putina boia. Turnam si marinata si o bagam la cuptor la foc mic pana se rumeneste frumos.

Dupa ce s-a facut carnea, o scoatem si tot sosul format, impreuna cu legumele le bagam la blender si formam un sos mai gros. Sosul format il turnam peste carne si mai bagam pentru 5 minute la cuptor.

Se serveste fierbinte cu orice garnitura. Eu am facut piure.

Carne de porc la wok / Pork meat cooked in wok
Ingrediente / ingredients:
- 500 g carne de porc - 500 g pork meat
- cimbru - thyme
- usturoi - garlic
- o ceapa - An onion
- 200 ml vin alb - 200 ml white wine
- o foaie de dafin - A bay leaf
- sare si piper dupa gust - Salt and pepper to taste
Inabusim carnea, iar dupa ce s-a inmuiat putin adaugam ceapa tocata marunt.
Braised the meat and add chopped onion.
Dupa ce s-a calit ceapa, adaugam vinul si lasam la foc mic pana se patrunde carnea bine.
After the onion is done, add the wine and let simmer until the meat gets better.
Adaugam cimbrul, sare, piper, usturoi si dafin. Lasam pana scade sosul.
Add thyme, salt, pepper, garlic and bay leaf. Let on fire intil the sauce reduced.
Se serveste fierbinte cu mamaliguta!
Serve hot with polenta!
