Pui shanghai / Shanghai chicken
Am pregatit o reteta aparte de pui shanghai si va garantez ca a iesit senzationala. Nu am folosit susan si sos de soia ca in reteta originala dar a iesit foarte gustoasa.
I have prepared a special recipe for shanghai chicken and I guarantee that it came out sensational. I did not use sesame and soy sauce as in the original recipe but it came out very tasty.
Ingrediente / ingredients:
- 2 piepti de pui - 2 chicken breasts
- 150 g amidon din cartofi - 150 g potato starch
- sare si piper dupa gust - salt and pepper to taste
- o lingura de mustar - a tablespoon of mustard
- 3 oua - 3 eggs
- o lingura de usturoi granulat - one tablespoon of granulated garlic
Amestecam ouale cu amidonul, usturoiul, mustarul , sare si piper.
Mix eggs with starch, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper.
Pieptul de pui il taiem fasii subtiri, il dam prin acest amestec si il prajim in baie de ulei pana se rumenesc bine.
Cut in slices the chicken breast and give it from mixture and frying it in oil bath until crisp well.
Serviti cu garnitura preferata. Eu am facut un piure de cartofi.
Serve with your favorite garnish. I made a mashed potato.

Pui cu cimbru si bere / Chicken with thyme and beer
Ingrediente / ingredients:
- un pui intreg - one chicken
- 100 g unt - 100 g butter
- 2 linguri cimbru - 2 tablespoons thyme
- o capatana de usturoi - garlic
- sare si piper dupa gust - salt and pepper to taste
- 500 ml de bere neagra - 500 ml of black beer
Frecam untul cu cimbru , sare si piper. Ungem puiul cu tot amestecul. Eu l-am pus intr-o tava speciala pentru pui rotisat sau pui pe sticla.
Mix the butter with thyme, salt and pepper. Grease the chicken with the mixture. I put it in a special tray for rotated chicken or chicken on the glass.
Berea si usturoiul le punem in tava si mai ungem puiul din cand in cand. Lasam la cuptor cca o ora si jumatate.

Se serveste cu garnitura preferata. Eu am facut o salata verde, cartofi prajiti si tzatiki.

O reteta rapida si sanatoasa. Piept de pui suculent , plin de arome si legume coapte cu un strop de ulei de masline.

Ingrediente / ingredients:
- un piept de pui - a chicken breast
- 2 cartofi - 2 potatoes
- 2 morcovi - 2 carrots
- 10 ciuperci - 10 mushrooms
- 2 cepe rosii - 2 red onions
- ulei de masline - olive oil
- sare si piper - salt and pepper
- rozmarin - rosemary
- o lamaie - a lemon
- usturoi - garlic
Incalzim cuptor.
Pe o folie de aluminiu punem jumatate de piept de pui, stropim cu ulei de masline, adaugam sare, piper, rozmarin, usturoiu si zeama de lamaie.
We heat the oven.
On an aluminum foil we put half a chicken breast, sprinkle with olive oil, add salt, pepper, rosemary , garlic and lemon juice.
Legumele le taiem cubulete si le punem in alta folie. Le stropim cu ulei de masline, sare, piper, rozmarin , usturoi si zeama de lamaie.

Impachetam bine.
Wrap well.
Lasam la cuptor 30 minute la foc mediu.

Chiftelute de pui / Chicken meatballs
Ingrediente / ingredients:
- 800 g carne tocata de pui - 800 g chicken minced meat
- o ceapa - an onion
- un morcov - a carrot
- o legatura de patrunjel - a bunch of parsley
- o legatura de marar - a bunch of tie
- 3-4 catei de usturoi - 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 2 linguri de pesmet - 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- un ou - an egg
- sare si piper dupa gust - salt and pepper to taste
- faina - flour
Amestecam toate ingredientele.
We mixi all the ingredients.
Formam chiftelutele si le dam prin faina.
We make the meatballs and put them in the flour.
Le prajim in baie de ulei si apoi le scoatem pe un servet de hartie.

Se servesc cu orice tip de garnitura .

Pui pe sticla in sos de bere / Roasted Chicken On a Can / Chicken On a Bottle Recipe
Ingrediente / ingredients:
- un pui - a chicken
- 1000 ml bere - 1000 ml beer
- 100 ml ulei de masline - 100 ml of olive oil
- o lingura de cimbru - a tablespoon thyme
- 5-6 catei de usturoi - 5-6 cloves of garlic
- o lingurita de boia dulce - a teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 lingurita de fulgi de chili - 1/2 teaspoon of chili flakes
- sare si piper dupa gust - salt and pepper to taste
- o lingura de unt - a tablespoon of butter
Facem un amestec din ulei, cimbru, boia, fulgi de chili , sare si piper.

Cu acest amestec ungem puiul.

In suportul in care va sta puiul ( sticla, borcanul, cana) punem bere si 2-3 catei de usturoi striviti.

In tava punem restul de bere, o cescuta de apa , usturoiul strivit si restul compozitiei de ulei de masline. Lasam la cuptor aproximativ 90 minute, in functie de marimea puiului. Din cand in cand mai ungem puiul cu sosul format.

Se serveste fierbinte cu garnitura preferata - noi am vrut cartofi prajiti.

Budinca de pui / Chicken Pudding
Ingrediente / ingredients:
- un piept de pui - Chicken breast
- 200 ml smantana pentru gatit - 200 ml cream for cooking
- 50 ml lapte - 50 ml of milk
- o lingura de faina - A tablespoon flour
- 500 g ciuperci proaspete - 500 g fresh mushrooms
- o legatura de patrunjel - A parsley
- 4 cartofi fierti - 4 boiled potatoes
- 200 g cascaval - 200 g cheese
- sare si piper dupa gust - Salt and pepper to taste
Pentru inceput taiem pieptul de pui in bucati mici si il calim putin.
For starters cut the chicken into small pieces and fry it a little.
Adaugam ciupercile feliate.
Add sliced mushrooms.
Dupa ce s-au rumenit ciupercile, adaugam o lingura de faina si amestecam continuu.
After the mushrooms have browned, add a tablespoon of flour and stir continuously.
Adaugam smantana si laptele si lasam sa se ingroase sosul putin.
Add cream and milk and let thicken the sauce slightly.
Turnam amestecul intr-o tava care intra la cuptor. Adaugam deasupra patrunjel tocat.
Pour mixture into a pan for oven. Add chopped parsley on top.
Adaugam cascaval ras.
Add grated cheese.
Adaugam cartofii fierti rasi pe razatoarea mica si deasupra iar cascaval. Bagam la cuptor pentru 20-25 minute.
Add grated potatoes and grated cheese. Put in oven for 20-25 minutes.
Se serveste fierbinte!

Pui cu ciuperci si ardei copti / Chicken with mushrooms and roasted peppers
Ingrediente / ingredients:
- un piept de pui - Chicken breast
- 250 ciuperci brune - 250 brown mushrooms
- 200 g ardei copti - 200 g roasted peppers
- 200 ml smantana pentru gatit - 200 ml cream for cooking
- o lingurita de cimbru - A teaspoon thyme
- 3 catei de usturoi - 3 cloves garlic
- sare si piper dupa gust - Salt and pepper to taste
- patrunjel proaspat - Parsley
Inabusim pieptul de pui in 2-3 linguri de ulei de masline.
Braised chicken in 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Adaugam ciupercile feliate.
Add sliced mushrooms.
Adaugam cimbru, sare, piper si usturoiul strivit.
Add thyme, salt, pepper and crushed garlic.
Adaugam ardeii copti si lasam la foc mic cca 5 minute.
Add roasted pepper and let simmer about 5 minutes.
Adaugam smantana si mai lasam 3-4 minute pe foc.
Add cream and leave for 3-4 minutes on the fire.
Se serveste fierbinte garnisit cu patrunjel proaspat.
Serve hot garnished with fresh parsley.

Friptura de rață cu piure de cartofi / Roast duck with mashed potatoes
Ingrediente / ingredients:
- o rata - A duck
- fulgi de ardei iute - Chilli flakes
- 5-6 catei de usturoi - 5-6 cloves garlic
- sare si piper - salt and pepper
- rozmarin - rosemary
- salvie - sage
- boia de ardei iute - Paprika
- pentru piure: cartofi, unt , lapte si sare - For Mashed potatoes, butter, milk and salt
Rata o pastram intreaga dar se poate si portiona. O ungem cu toate condimentele si o dam la cuptor pentru o ora jumate - 2 ore, depinde de marimea ratei. din cand in cand o stropim cu grasimea care o lasa in tava.
Separat fierbem cartofii , ii zdrobim, adaugam unt, sare si lapte.
Portionam rata si o servim pe un pat de piure de cartofi.

Piept de pui cu ciuperci brune la tigaie / Pan-Fried Chicken with Brown Mushrooms
Ingrediente / ingredients:
- un piept de pui - Chicken breast
- 500 g ciuperci brune - 500 g brown mushrooms
- o lingurita de sare - A teaspoon of salt
- oregano - oregano
- usturoi - garlic
- rozmarin - rosemary
- mix de piper - Pepper mix
- 100 ml smantana - 100 ml cream
- 3-4 linguri de ulei de masline - 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
Taiem pieptul de pui in fasii subtiri si il punem in tigaie cu uleiul de masline.
Cut the chicken into thin strips and put it in the pan with olive oil.
Adaugam ciupercile taiate in 4.
Add chopped mushrooms.
Punem condimentele intr-un mojar si le frecam putin.

Chicken Souvlaki / Souvlaki de pui
Ingrediente / ingredients:
- piept de pui - chicken breast
- o lingurita de oregano - A teaspoon of oregano
- sare si piper dupa gust - Salt and pepper to taste
- 4-5 linguri de ulei de masline - 4-5 tablespoons olive oil
- o ceapa rosie - A red onion
- o rosie - one tomato
- Tzatziki - Tzatziki
Taiem pieptul de pui cubulete. Adaugam oregano, sare, piper si uleiul de masline. Amestecam bine.
Cut the chicken into cubes. Add the oregano, salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix well.
Lasam carnea la marinat peste noapte , apoi o infigem pe tepuse si o frigem pe gratar.
Let the meat marinate overnight, then stick the stakes and fry on the grill.
Servim cu felii de rosii, ceapa rosie, cartofi prajiti si sos Tzatziki.
Serve with tomatoes sliced, red onion, french fries and tzatziki sauce.

Piept de pui umplut cu branza topita / Chicken breast with melted cheese
Ingrediente / ingredients:
- un piept de pui - Chicken breast
- 4 felii de branza topita - 4 slices of melted cheese
- sare si piper dupa gust - Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 oua - 2 eggs
- 3 linguri de faina - 3 tablespoons flour
- 3 linguri de lapte - 3 tablespoons milk
- rozmarin - rosemary
- boia de ardei - Paprika
- cartofi pentru copt - potatoes
Taiem pieptul de pui si il batem putin ca la snitel.
Cut the chicken and beat it a bit as schnitzel.
Deasupra punem cate 2 felii de branza topita.

Rulam pieptul de pui .

Dam rulourile prin faina, apoi prin ou amestecat cu lapte si iar prin faina. Incingem uleiul in tigaie si punem rulourile la prajit.

Am adaugat un sos de smantana cu usturoi : smantana, usturoi, marar, sare si piper.
