Pui in sos de bere / Chicken in beer sauce


Ingrediente / ingredients:

- o caserola de pulpe de pui dezosate - A casserole boneless chicken thighs
- o bere blonda - A blonde beer
- 2-3 linguri de ulei de masline - 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2-3 catei de usturoi - 2-3 cloves of garlic
- marar - dill
- un amestec de piper (rosu, verde, negru, alb) - A mixture of pepper (red, green, black, white)


Prajim bucatile de pui in 2-3 linguri de ulei de masline.

Fry the chicken in 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil.


Dupa ce s-a rumenit puiul, adaugam berea si cateii de usturoi putin striviti.

Dupa ce scade sosul, scoatem cateii de usturoi pentru ca se amaraste sosul.

When sauce decrease we get out the garlic cloves.


Se serveste cu orice garnitura va place. Eu am facut cartofi prajiti si am servit si cu muraturi asortate.

Serve with any garnish you like. I've made ​​fries and served with assorted pickles.
